Madjoki's script helps a lot. Basically you click on a preset price button and it fills in the price and pre-checks the user agreement, so you just have to hit OK.

Userscript for Firefox and Chrome. Requires Greasemonkey on Firefox and Tampermonkey on Chrome.

Adds Buy & Sell order tables from market page to inventory screen and ‘quick sell’ buttons to prefill sell form with chosen value (Lowest price in market, one cent under market price or highest buy order).

Just a heads up that as jshackles has pointed out a number of times, having a script check the user agreement box is considered manipulating the Steam marketplace and can be grounds for your account getting banned. Just something you should probably keep in mind.

That's why I only do it with cards from games purchased with Playfire pirate money. Double jeopardy or something.

Enhanced Steam seems to be missing a DRM warning on the game The First Templar. The game requires Kalypso Launcher. I didn't know when I got it from Tremorgames. I specifically checked beforehand. It's a good thing I didn't pay money for this. Oh well I guess it's not so bad.

Edit: Oh yeah here's the Steam link.

Obviously you will need Enhanced Steam to see what I'm talking about.

What's so terrible about the Kalypso launcher?
Not too much. I mean besides the whole DRM on top of Steam's DRM thing. It does let me play when offline and starting it offline doesn't even bring up the launcher so it's not like an always online DRM or anything as assinine as that. It's just having to maintain yet another account that's maybe a little too bothersome to migrate when I decide to switch E-mail accounts again sometime down the line. The last time I switched E-mails it took me days to go through all the different accounts. most can be an easy process but some can take forever for customer support to fix. I do own a couple of Tropico games, Anna and now The First Templar anyway so it's not too big of a deal. I just wanted people to know it's not listed as having DRM in Enhanced Steam so maybe someone could maybe contact (Who was it? Was it Jshackles? Am I remembering right?) that guy so he could fix it. I know some people who would appreciate it showing correctly. Because some people really hate any kind of DRM.

Too soon.

You can actually firewall block the address the Kalypso launcher tries to get to and after a brief timeout, will simply proceed to let you play.

I started using Idle Master on my main account last night... in five and a half hours, it's only idled 4 games to completion.

Started with 192 games (680 cards), got 188 (663) to go.

Oy.

Then those people need to STFU and shop at GOG with the Estonians and Belgians.

Kalypso DRM is the least intrusive, most benign DRM there is, even moreso than Steam. It doesn't require a connection and it's even easily worked around if you make half the effort.

Also, Jshackles knows but his plugin isn't magic, it pulls from the game page's description like this which is on most other Kalypso games

but is not on First Templar for some reason.

If it really bothers you or the aforementioned DRM-ultralite haters who are fine with shopping at Steam as a DRM based store then contact Kalypso or Valve and good luck getting through to someone who has access to update the page and cares.

Passed out and took a nap huh? Sounds like someone was doing too much drunk shopping.
"Taking a nap" is just a euphemism he tells his parents when he wants to go into his room and furiously masturbate at all the Steam games he's paying full price for. He mentions taking a nap before passing out, meaning that he was conscious during the "nap."

I was browsing SteamDB and I noticed that three games got removed from Steam during the past day. Two of these were published by Cosmi: Miner Wars Arena and Great Big War Game. Apparently Cosmi has vanished, the devs of Great Big War Game have said that they haven't received payment from them, on the tune of 15,000 UK Pounds.

Cosmi bought the rights for some of THQ's properties that were sold on Steam under the Valusoft label, so there's a change that all of Valusoft's titles might be removed soon.

And the third, which is the weird one, is ArcheAge. I still saw ads for this yesterday morning, and it's gone from the store. Some folks on the forums are theorizing that this is because of some unauthorized charges made to user's credit cards, so it was taken down while things are fixed up. o_O

What game is this?
Secrets of Grindea.

The dev is doing it right and not putting it up on Steam as early access, so I believe the only way you can get it is to go to the game's website and buy into the beta there (you'll still get a Steam key). There was a multi-pack of it on Humble at some point and I got one from someone.

It's actually really, really good. The sprite work is gorgeous and the gameplay is like an updated Legend of Mana.

I hope you're wrong about that. I don't think I want to live in a world where I can't buy

or

on Steam.

The Steam page for Shadowrun: Dragonfall Director's Cut is up.

Anyone who owns the original version of the expansion will get the game for free. But, the DLC version will not be sold anymore once the standalone version goes on sale. Which poses a problem I mentioned at the game's forum.

I thought Dragonfall included tons of assets which could then be used on Steam Workshop content for the original game, and that lots of mods and campaigns required you to own it.

If this expansion won't be available for sale anymore, what does that mean for people who didn't buy it? Will they be locked out of those Workshop items?

Cool. Thanks. The artwork really does look good.

Edit: 15 bucks! Will wait for another sale.

who is Grindea & what is her secret? :D/

Zombie Driver HD is dope. the developer re-release the game on X1 with tons of update and fixes. And the best part is: PC gamer got this 1GB update & content for FREE.. #pcmasterrace :whee:
Yeah, I agree... it's a really fun game. I think this is the perfect opportunity to pick up a couple of (non-music/non-skins) DLC I'm missing from that game. It's been well-supported and they deserve some credit for that.

I presume they will simply roll workshop support and those items into the new version.

The IGS game today actually looks pretty cool:

Scrabble + RPG? Instabuy for me.
I take it you never played Bookworm Adventures?

WGN is doing a promo for this game right now too, though it's just a contest so no guarantees you'll get a key: http://whosgamingnow.com/giveaway/letterquest

Dragonfall standalone's workshop items are not compatible with the original game. They're getting separate Workshops. I guess people will have to port their stuff to the new game.

I still think it's poop that they're retiring the original DLC.

I would scrap the original dlc if I was them.. Game assets should be very similar between the original dlc & Director Cut dlc.. to keep it unified & more streamline rather than splitting the community

MysterD is our resident terrible joke teller. Don't.
Don't get him started on Victoria's Secret.

I thought it was okay. It gets two-and-a-half curmudgeonly fist-shakes from me.

Nice job on the review.

I think why I value it so highly is because of my love for top-down drivers, top-down shooters, and zombies. And by god, there they all are wrapped up in one neat little package.

I didn't play it for the story -- in fact, I can't even tell you for certain if there is one. I played it because mowing down hordes of zombies in armed cars, and painting the streets red with their blood makes me giddy.

I appreciate that it's pretty bug-free and it looks acceptable, bordering on decent. The upgrades for your cars are a nice touch as well, and add a bit of customization to the game. And finally, it's a game that has grown a lot through developer support and it reminds me of the way games used to be treated -- the way I'd like for them all to be treated.

I am not sure if parts of these Steam bundles can be gifted, but if so I wouldn't mind paying someone for FRACT (depending on the price). Or trading for it.

He's probably too busy raging about battle.net being down last night when he wanted to do his single player player play through of diablo 3 act v.

Always online drm NOOOOOO
don't jinx it. No news from him means good news LOL

good review except this part "Blood Race felt a bit like a less-fun version of Death Rally" I find Death Rally very boring and generic. The Blood Race mode adds so much flavors to it. There are not a lot of zombie killing isometric vehicular combat on the market & this one hits the spot!

I've been getting bombarded with friend requests from weirdos all week. Is it because, thanks to idle master, I have over 300 cards in my inventory?

If they're making it a standalone product, then its content is not like a bunch of quests dropped into the middle of the main game's story? That would make me more inclined to buy the original game, except I see the DC is getting achievements, and I wonder if that means they might do the same for the original.

Might be popping my IGS cherry on this one.

re: Zombie Driver HD, I really enjoyed it too, but I thought people were pissed at the devs because they'd promised to provide the HD version for free as DLc or to previous owners and then sold it separately instead.

There are bots that scan public backpacks and try to add you to get your stuff. Just ignore people with free or super cheap games and very low levels (Level 0-2 users are usually bots in my experience. Or idiots begging for free games or keys.)

Dragonfall is a separate campaign and it doesn't cross over with the original storyline. If you buy the original release of the expansion now, you get the new version for free when it releases, so if you can find a cheap copy, grab that.

And Zombie Driver HD, the devs never promised a free upgrade. People were just super pissed that the original game didn't receive these updates for free. It got new voice acting, music, graphics, and changed-up missions, and people were angry... despite original owners getting a permanent 50% off discount.
