I'm new to paypal, can someone also explain the fee when sending money with credit card?

If you have money in your paypal account, you will pay no fee if you send the money using the gift option. (if you reside in the same 'region' with the person you are sending the money to). If the region is different you will pay about 0.5% to 1% in cross border fees - very little.
Send $10 - extra fee is 0 or ~5-10 cents

If you don't have money in your account and you use your CC or debit card through paypal, you will be hit with a 'charging' fee. That's around $0.3 + 3% for US dollars, and a bit more for euro. Cross border fee applies here as well.

If you don't use the gift option when sending, the receiver will be hit with the fee. (will get less money)
If you make a lot of small transaction I'd recommend getting the money in your account.

Also note you can set a default currency for your account. (if you plan on charging it)
And only people from the US can charge their account. Otherwise you need to receive the money from someone else.

Just to let you know, Desura keys from the Indie Royale bundles are unified. That means that they work like the steam keys in the Humble Bundles. One key unlocks all the games from the bundle that are available on Desura.

I mention this because I notice that you aren't listing Serious Sam Random Encounter. I presume that this is because you (or somebody else) already redeemed that code. Which means that the other games from that bundle have been redeemed as well. If you're the one who redeemed random encounter, check your Desura account and you'll see for yourself that you now have the other games from that bundle as well as RE.
