Q: I thought there was a problem with Bethesda keys or Borderlands 2 keys?
A: Not really. In the past, there was a concern that because of some refunded purchases from those who did not obtain keys, GamersGate might take the unprecedented step of refunding keys of those who also received keys. GamersGate announced, however, that those who received keys would be fine:

Q: Isn't there a ban on these keys?
A: Not really. The mods partially lifted it. Now, as long as the seller actually has the key (instead of waiting for one from GG) and the buyer agrees to immediately activate, the trade may occur. This is a wise restriction as there might be some who would try to sell a key they are still waiting on from GamersGate.
The GG ban has been partially lifted. You're only able to trade it if you've already revealed the key and are able to give it to the other person to redeem immediately. No gifting.
Q: Can you "gift" the key?
A: Sorry, but the mods are still not permitting gifting just trades.
Q: Have you already revealed the key?
A: Yep!
Q: I don't want to follow CAG's rules, can you work something out with me?
A: No way Jose! Those rules are in place for your benefit and I prefer to do trades mostly through PM'ing here, in order to make sure we both have a record of the transaction with CAG for our added protection in case there is a dispute. So we both have to follow the rules with all CAG generated trades.
