FYI This person has no seller rep here. I went first, I paid in goods and services and even covered the fee. This seller returned the money and stated they would only accept a gift and to resend. I have plenty of rep here and there is really reason to refuse a payment like this. Seemed kinda fishy. He did refund the original payment, so not a dispute or anything. Just an FYI.

 
I don't care how much rep you have. I see my Bnet code as really valuable so I'm not going to risk a payment with no seller protection. Plus I even showed you my 148+ steamtrades rep and you still wouldn't budge. I told you to send the payment as gift before you sent it and you ignored me. I don't see the problem with sending payment as gift seeing as how that's how 99% of the people do transactions. You are either trolling or just really insecure.

You will have to heed by the rules on this trading site and probably send first to a lot of traders before you can build a reputation. Reputation elsewhere is a nice little reference, but unfortunately doesn't hold much ground. It's the same at any other site. Your best bet is to do transactions with either a middle man or a user with great feedback to decrease the risk of issues. We all started from the bottom, whether it was trading, selling, or buying.

Second, the only protection in paypal payments is via the normal payment option... Not the gift options your asking for so I cannot even comprehend what the hell is going on here..

How do you provide tracking number to PP on codes selling?

No matter you choose to pay the PayPal fees or not, there is still no protection on either side on digital goods.

That was why all of us use PP gift, and lower feedback user always go first.

You may need to re-read PayPal terms again

I recieved a refund from PayPal as well. And not from any website I just sent him the payment as goods/services. He tried to scam me, and I wrote to PayPal for weeks, maybe more than a month then I got my money back.
And just today, he messaged me that he hired a lawyer and I am going to pay to PayPal because I lied to paypal. Like wtf? We don't even live in the same country and ofc I didn't lie. Is that even possible, even though PayPal decided in my favour months ago?
