RU+CIS Disclaimer:
What is "RU+CIS"? 
RU & CIS stand for Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States (i.e. Ukraine) respectively.
These are the regions where I am able to get most games cheaper from. Most games have the same steam-id as their US counterparts, making them completely region-free. Certain games, however, have different steam-ids in the RU/CIS regions. Whenever this is the case, you need to check the steam database to find out if the game is region-locked or not. 
 
If a game is tagged with "RU+CIS," it generally means that there is a chance the game is region-locked, or only has the Russian language available (depending on what is shown in its steam database entry). It is also a possibility that there are no restrictions on the game.  
 
What does "region-locked" mean? 
"Region-locked" means that you will only be able to play the game in the region it was purchased from. In the case of a "RU+CIS" game: if it is region-locked, you will only be able to play it if you live in Russia or the CIS region. This makes the game useless if you live in the US.
 
Certain games in my list are shown as RU+CIS tagged, such as Assassin's Creed 4, Thief, and Castlevania.
The ones I have listed, as of right now, do not appear to be region-locked.

When a game is region locked, there will be a field listed that looks like this:

The only "RU" tagged game that I know of which was region-locked after release is Aliens: Colonial Marines and the retail copy of Borderlands 2.
 
The only "RU+CIS" copy that I ever activated myself was Castlevania, and the retail copy of Witcher 2, which both work fine.
The point is, no one can be positive of what will happen with "RU+CIS" tagged games in the future.

It is okay to "hide" them when you want to update and bump them correct? Because I've found that the search doesn't seem to always work correctly, so if you don't bump every once and a while people might not see some of the stuff you have.

Plus I'd be fine with the people that update a lot, long as they would just hide the old posts. Maybe there should be a change to the system where when we update our 1 post then it gets bumped? Or can we do that already and I just don't know.

I go by how fast the thread is moving. If I'm only a page back and it hasn't moved much I'll let be. But if it's moving quick and I'm trying to push something off - I'll go back a page, cut and replace myself on the latest page again since it won't be long before I'm washed back a page again.

Just as long as you don't wind up twice on the same page for the most part. lol

Otherwise you get that Leapfrog thing happening on Steam Trades were a casual trader posts and turns around ten seconds later to find their post on page 20. XD

I wish everyone made a habit of hiding old posts or at least deleting the content in it if it served it's purpose.  Sometimes using the search function can be useful in finding a particular title you want.  The problem is, there are times when I get the same repeated post over and over, by someone who doesn't bother.

The OP says you're supposed to delete your old post. If they're anything like me, they looked around for a delete button and when they couldn't find one left it alone. If they'd make it clear we are supposed to hide them instead, it might help.

Also makes it a pain for some of us on mobile since there's no hide or delete option. I can do it in full version but that takes my phone a bit and usually I'm busy at work and just trying to squeeze in a few minutes on CAG

Fair enough. OP should clarify this in his post. Shouldn't be that difficult of a request. Still there are some who just don't plain follow the rules and never hide their old posts and I don't mean the casual poster.

RU+CIS Disclaimer:
What is "RU+CIS"? 
RU & CIS stand for Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States (i.e. Ukraine) respectively.
These are the regions where I am able to get most games cheaper from. Most games have the same steam-id as their US counterparts, making them completely region-free. Certain games, however, have different steam-ids in the RU/CIS regions. Whenever this is the case, you need to check the steam database to find out if the game is region-locked or not. 
 
If a game is tagged with "RU+CIS," it generally means that there is a chance the game is region-locked, or only has the Russian language available (depending on what is shown in its steam database entry). It is also a possibility that there are no restrictions on the game.  
 
What does "region-locked" mean? 
"Region-locked" means that you will only be able to play the game in the region it was purchased from. In the case of a "RU+CIS" game: if it is region-locked, you will only be able to play it if you live in Russia or the CIS region. This makes the game useless if you live in the US.
 
Certain games in my list are shown as RU+CIS tagged, such as Assassin's Creed 4, Thief, and Castlevania.
The ones I have listed, as of right now, do not appear to be region-locked.

The only "RU" tagged game that I know of which was region-locked after release is Aliens: Colonial Marines and the retail copy of Borderlands 2.
 
The only "RU+CIS" copy that I ever activated myself was Castlevania, and the retail copy of Witcher 2, which both work fine.
The point is, no one can be positive of what will happen with "RU+CIS" tagged games in the future.
