Where is the weekly ad?
They ended the weekly ad for more rotation of deals. Please check the homepage and deal link for the current deals.

I can't find a trade in value for an item?
It might not be tradable or calling a store to find the value may be the only option.

How many copies of a game can I trade in?
You are allowed to trade in 4 copies of the same game (same system) within a rolling 30 day period.

Are there trade limits?
Yes, $500 cash minus some electronic trade ins and or $2000 trade credit in a rolling 30 day period.

Can I use the $5 monthly coupon on gift cards?

Yes you can in store but not online please note not all gift cards will apply to this rule.

I have a $XX.xx pre-owned reward certificate, and I want to use it on a B2G1 transaction. Should I?
It depends. If the three games are equal value, do not use your certificate. The value of the certificate would be applied to the free game, which would not benefit you. If one game is more expensive, you can use the certificate to make it the same value as the other two games ($5 reward certificate applied to transaction with two $10 games and one $15 game would make all three games $10).

TERMINOLOGY AND LINGO:
ASL/SL: Assistant Store Leader, Store Leader; manager positions at GS.
B2G1: Buy two, get one free.
GS: GameStop
JD: Junior detective, an employee who is out to get someone
LP: Loss Prevention; this is the department that actually bans accounts after being flagged.
TC/TiC: Trade credit.
TIV/TV: Trade in value, or what a game currently trades for. When posting a TV for a game, always use the base value.

Is the used PS5 pro on the site a good idea? ._.

Also curious if you can go in store and do a ship to store and have it count as in store pick to get the $25 off
I might actually jump on this since I'm sitting on a bunch of GS credit. Thanks. I would definitely go with pre-owned and not refurbished though.

GameStop is a corporation. Corporations are not human. They ALL do not value empathy. The only thing they value is money, the currency that you traded your lifespan for. GameStop et al can care less about your life let alone your values. Do the same.
Same people celebrating a killer who murdered someone on the streets of NYC.

Not to get political but exofacto, the guys company has probably profited billions in the death of people. Only difference is one is doing it for social justice instead of for the money. Reminds me of Joker burning his money and saying the city needs a better class of criminal.

You see a "villain" where others see a "hero". You see a "victim" where others see a "victimizer". It's all a matter of perspective, but it begs the ultimate question: why? Hint: you've already read and quoted the answer.

It's not probability, it's with absolute certainty. Testimony and data shows it all.

Amazon has those multi retailer gift cards. $50 card for $42.50. Stack it with a credit card that gives you cash back.

Seems to be only the $50 (limited time only, 14% claimed currently) and one per transaction.
Not sure that it would allow you to do multiple on one account because of the "claiming"

FYI during b2g1 they allowed max 3 gift cards online

PS I think you have to use that card to transfer all value to one of those retailers

I just had an order go from Georgia to North Houston sit on delayed delivery then some how go back to Georgia….. How does that even happen? Original delivery date was last Friday and some how it’s Monday the 16th now.

Haven't done it super recently, but in the past If you use the app you can redeem more than 3

It varies by card type. If it's a regular gift card you pop out then you use it for any of the listed businesses. If its just the paper thing that might say redeem at gift card mall then yeah you have to pick out the card/s there and redeem the amount you want.

Additional information you can always print out the egiftcard and they can just enter in the number and pin manually. I get that gamestop is bad for training employees and their computers are horrible. But that should be simple enough to redeem.

With all the "scamming" or loopholes people try to get past GS there is no way I would trust pre-owned (of a system)...who knows what is missing 🙃
Never had a problem returning an item to GS that was faulty with a receipt. Besides the ps5 pro is sooo recently new, that it's a reasonable gamble. But, I understand why some customers would have reservations about buying pre-owned electronics.
For me, however, the savings are worth it. So $716.48 for a ps5 pro with a disc drive, ain't too shabby (all purchased with GS credit).

Second chance if you missed the DG 15% off giftcard promo.

36% claimed currently. If you have an eligible Discover credit card, you get an additional 5% cashback after activating Amazon category this quarter.

Putting two of the same Amazon giftcard promo in the cart by placeholding one, going back, and adding another results in an error, nulls the 15% off discount, and readjusts to regular price automatically.

Anyone have luck finding one of these in store?

15% off Amazon/Gamestop giftcard is no more, 100% claimed.
Is this the one from last night or a gamestop branded card. Was it only in $50? Dollar General will have gamestop and many more brands on Friday only for 15 percent off, any amount you want. So I'll probably get another card and maybe some others. They had bp cards in the ad.

Last night, the multi-merchant card. Yes, $50 at a time.

Don’t you have to pay with cash when buying gift cards at dollar general? Eh, they’re 10-12% off on Raise marketplace regularly and I can pay with a credit card without leaving the house.

At the ones near me, yes. But someone on here said they were able to use a credit card so maybe it's possible. I feel safer buying a card if I don't plan on using it right away. Raise is still a good option though. My credit card wants to auto flag them if I buy to much. It's also easier to use the physical card in store.

Check your local grocery store ads. One of mine(Big Y) has $100 Xbox gift cards for $80 this week. Another (shop rite) is offer $20 in groceries for the following week if you buy $100 in gift cards. And you can buy PlayStation, Nintendo, Xbox, GameStop, etc for that one. Personally bought Netflix this week on that one since that is never discounted.

I wish I could find those deals

The PS5 is better no need for the orot

save the gs cred 4 nsw2

Looked to purchase a few games online but gave me an error message and left me a pending charge with no confirmation on my end. Anyone else running into this issue at all?

Thanks for the heads up on CoD. I picked up the PS5 version during the B2G1 sale not knowing that the PS4 version was cross-gen. I would have picked up the PS4 version brand new since it's a voucher for the PS5 upgrade, but I doubt I would end up with that in a preowned copy. Had I known that and done that I would have ultimately saved a bit of money but I'm not really a CoD person, this purchase was for the wife.

Console trade ins seem to have a hidden Pro bump, all PS5s have a base of $250 but showing Pro's get $300 for it. Dunno if error or hidden promo. Weird too because not showing any extra 10% bump or anything.

Series X is at $312.

So would a console get a extra 10 percent bump. And if you preorder a game with 1 traded in game. Would the whole amount total ( console amd game)be given the bonus towards a pre order?

I picked up a new Persona 5 Tactica for $5 today (on sale for $10 and used my $5 monthly coupon). Looks like most stores in my area have it available for pickup today.
