neither steam too strong and it already know bethsedha would fuck themseleve more than steam steam is bigger than them. they should say oh well accidents happen because it only one game not like their whole catalog llike gamergate whicch was alot this one game small percentage

Wow, I had expected more of a post flurry with the Dishonored glitch.  Saw it but couldn't buy it because I was at work and Sprint is a horrible cell carrier and I couldn't keep a data connection.  By the time I found signal again it was fixed.  Ah well, was only getting it for the DLC and I haven't even really played the base game yet anyways.  Now to spend much of the day wondering if it's time to double dip on Spelunky...

I would, because of what I've played of Dishonored, and what I played of Spelunky on the 360, I got way more enjoyment out of Spelunky even though I'm absolutely terrible at it. Despite every effort, I just haven't actually enjoyed a single game Bethesda has put out.

I was on Steam and saw the price of Dishonored when it changed, didn't bother to check the page to see the GOTY edition glitch. Ass balls. That's like, $3.19?

 
Don't worry guys.  Dishonored GOTY will drop to $19.99 MSRP about this time next year.  Then about a year after that it will be 75% off on GMG with a 20% discount bringing it down to $4.

In two years at a 5% interest rate $3.19 would actually be $3.52.

So by the time you backlog it you would have only paid .48 more than people who got the glitch today.

Take into account none of you will get to it until around 4 years from now when Flowette posts some review about how he went to revisit Dishonored and it reminds him of the honorable times of his youth and there's really nothing to fret about.

Does anyone else have the compulsion with Enhanced Steam to turn all the boxes green?  I just noticed it for myself, as if I didn't already have enough of a problem, "Well if I pick those two up, then I'll have them all and my screen will be complete... for now..."

 
It's strange how dishonored & Skyrim doesn't ring a bell in my head. I know both are great games but... I don't feel the urge to play any. And I love RPG and stealth games. I'm more curious towards spelunky and don't starve.
 
Mooby is going through the 5 stages of loss/grief. Well.. maybe 4 stages, I don't think he'll reach acceptance.

I'm waiting for the announcement that, having been burned too many times in the past by digital retailer incompetence, Bethesda and Zenimax are launching their own digital storefront and client. 

Special bonus: If you sign up for an account in the first month you get a free copy of WET, which they've ported exclusively to linux.

Bethesda is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. The only way they'd be in a bundle is if all the proceeds went to them and not to a charity. EA, for all its evils, still cares about charities. Bethesda / Zenimax can't even be arsed to fix a single line in the inis for some of their games so they work on modern systems.

Damn it was tough. I would've driven home last night but he wanted help...our neighbor rented a wood chipper and we collected all the branches we'd been dragging to a compost pile for the past few years and chipped them up, then chainsawed off MORE branches and chipped those. Woke up at 8, which is hell for a lazy youngin' like myself. Took over six hours to get errythang dun.

Just why what?

Sounds like a merry time was had by all!

I just played a round of Divekick. For those of you that didn't get in on this the other day, you don't know what you're missing. As a fighting game enthusiast I loved it. It is completely retarded, but the controls are tight and the parody is on point. And I could actually play it against friends of mine who don't play fighting games, unlike every other fighting game out there. It is the only purchase I have made this week and I am quite happy with it.

Although if I had been online at 1:00 I would have bought Dishonored gifts until my Steam wallet had completely run dry...
