On the one hand, I'm thinking how hard is it to program something to award to the 100 best times. On the other hand, I probably would have no chance to win that way so I just tried the cheat method and we'll see if 2:53 will win me something.

We can't have you being so positive and "liking" everything, these constraints are put in place to make you as angry and disheartened as the rest of us.

 
37steam games/dlc  + 12 off steam but not bundle  +1 from bundle = 50 games i brought  + 3 given +2 i got free =55 games total wow that alot of shit 

 
Absolutely.  The co-op is just an added bonus, the game isn't designed around it.

Oh, TDU2 is that racing game that's so big, got so much to do, and is just so much fun to me - it's like my racing equivalent Skyrim or something b/c after I get away from it for a while, it just calls back to me and I eventually always come back to it.

I was surprised there were no Assassin's Creed games on daily or flash deals.  I want Revelations, III and IV still.  Today's ACIV for $30 is good, but I figure I'll wait til the holiday sale since I haven't played (or even bought) Revelations or III yet.  Hopefully Steam, or Steam via Amazon, will have a good deal.

 
Argh. That GRID 2 facebook contest is testing my patience. Got a 2:31 score today. That might be the most buggy contest I've ever seen. It really doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

After 78 days you would at least think they'd get their shit together and perhaps fix it. Free is free I suppose.

I can't play it today, it says I already won a race. No emails (spam folder included). I didn't play it today either. pfft. :roll:

There was an earlier post about the new Game Music Bundle (#6), but I got another email from loudr today about the "Game Music Festival" and if this is your sort of thing, you should check it out. There's a collection of a whopping 30 bundles available from now until December 2 with prices ranging from $1 to $ (EDIT: actually highly variable, I just saw one for $18 for 6 albums). I've been poking around the site and there are quite a few interesting ones. I'm actually a bit annoyed because between this and the second VG Storybundle, I'm not going to have much money to spend on things like games.

Thank you for posting about that. I was trying to catch up on the thread last night, but I then instead spent three hours perusing all of the bundles and compiling notes on what I liked and their prices. I ended up buying six of them and being up much later than I'd intended to be. =D

Thanks for reposting about that (and thanks to warren for posting in the first place, obviously)! When warren posted this last night, I bookmarked the page to listen to the albums later to make my decision

Which I now plan on doing tomorrow. Hopefully I don't forget again...

Um... the Festival ended yesterday. Those bundles aren't available anymore. :(

The only thing going on right now is the Game Music Bundle.

blah cant even do gaming for few days got kicked out of group and trying to get back in just cause i give reason what happen wasnt making excuse was just saying it then they email kick me out i had to go one person i trust.

I thought it was an alright sale. Mostly just picked up DLC, but there were a lot of deals that I thought were good but were games I already had or weren't interested in. Finally got Far Cry 3, though.

Dungeonland is technically Free to Play now, so us all having bought it at one point gave us the $10 pack, which is in line with the F2P policy of one card per ~$9.

Pretty sure you can only redeem one humble link per game per account, so that should cut down a little on hoarding.

I was able to snag a copy without too much trouble. Just scrolled down and grabbed one in the middle at random.

I cannot get Damned to work whatsoever. Literally gives me a black screen then says it's stopped working, forcing me to close it. I actually go to play a game instead of idle once and it won't let me. Damn you Steam.

They also added a scheduler. Pity that they're didn't do that 5 years ago when we still had plans with free off-peak traffic.
