I don't know if anyone else was as big a fan of I was of Titus but if you are, this is the best deal I could find out there.

That's a good price for a good show, damn shame Fox cancelled it. Wonder why the Season 1 & 2 set is $14.99 while Season 3 is the same. You'd think it'd be cheaper since it's just one season compared to the other box set.

thx i missed that in the sale

if you're a LOST fan you can see a lot of the actress who played Libby

and the writing is pretty great... they use Stacey Keach very well imo

if your family was more twisted than average then you'll get it and laugh

to others, it may seem a bit cruel though. :)

Well, the first season was only like 8 or 9 episodes, so you're not getting that much more compared to the third season set. The season 1 and 2 set's MSRP is only like $5 more than the season 3 set's MSRP anyway, so it's not that big of a difference.

But yeah, anyone who doesn't already have these needs to buy them right away. This is the second best sitcom of all time in my opinion, right after Arrested Development.

had to bump this since i got my dvds a few days ago and started watching season 1 again and i must say i forgot how funny this show is

I think what killed it for me, if I remember right, was Fox moved it around too much and I never knew when it was on. Got my dvds yesterday and man, am I glad I did. I looked up some of the cast members yesterday and found out that the actor who played Dave was the bully in A Christmas Story that got his ass kicked by Ralphie. :D

totally forgot about that!!!

hahahaha

he's so great on Titus, too.

I got them both when they first came out. Even then, totally worth the money spent. HIGHLY recommended.

Now if only Fox would release some damn Boston Public DVDs.

Trust me, a lot of his stand up work got transfered to the series and is actually funnier with having a full cast. Especially with Stacy Keach playing the role of his father.

Yeah, the show is kinda better than the stand up. I guess I'm sorta bised since I saw the show before the stand up, but to me the stand up just seemed like a bland retelling of some of the episodes of the TV series. It's still good, but it just doesn't compare to the TV series, in my opinion.

And Stacy Keach
