Thanks for looking out. He sold his xbox and the ps3 isn't working properly. I may bite on the 360 with tomb raider from gamestop for 99 bucks. It's for my brother anyway.
 
Oh darn. Yeah I was eyeing a new 360 also. Mine is an original and its having trouble with the disc drive not opening. Ive fixed it acouple times but it keeps happening more frequent. Id like a newer one that has hmdi. Mine doesnt
