I just made one of those frozen Skillet Sensations, but I threw in some chili garlic sauce, a little soy sauce, and a dash of jalepeno juice. I gotta say, it's absolutely delicious. It only took me 10 minutes to make, and I can eat the rest for lunch tommorow. What are some quick snack recipes that you've tried? I especially want to hear from JimmieMac on this one.

pizza bagels, just put tomato sauce on each half of a bagel cover it with cheese and maybe a topping throw it into the toaster oven till all melty, usually around 5 min.

or you could try the calzone version, take a pita half, fill it with tomato sauce, then put cheese or whatever else in and throw it in the toaster for like 5 min as well

This isnt really quick and easy, but spaghetti is fuckin' great. A friend of mine makes the best spaghetti on Earth and does it often. He puts everything from tomatoe paste and diced peppers to sugar in it.

Quesidillas are actually pretty easy to make too. You just buy the pre-cooked frozen chicken strips, heat em up for a minute or two, slap a tortilla in the pan, put the cheese on there.... delicious.

Sometimes I'll take a tortilla, throw on some lettuce, a couple pre-cooked Tyson chicken strips, maybe a little cheese and some Caeser dressing and make a chicken Caeser wrap.

2 cups water 1 pack ramen noodles.
chicken burrittos one tortilla, pre-cooked chicken strips heat the chicken then add to tort. Top it with what ever you want. I was normally a salsa and cheese and some form of lettuce if possible.
Open faced grilled cheese. Take a slice of bread and a slice of what ever cheese you like. Toast the bread on the lightest setting then cover it with you fav cheese melt it under the broiler or toaster oven.

I like recipes whose primary operations refer to opening the box and placing the contents in the microwave.

I'm a Purina Bachelor Chow kind of guy.

Take one can of refrigerated canned croissants (Ideally pillsbury butter flavor), and one package of refridgerated precooked sausage links (ideally bob evans maple flavor).

Wrap sausages in uncooked croissants. Toss in oven according to the croissant directions (Should be around 10 minutes).

Really nice, fast breakfast. Essentially they're just breakfast pigs in a blanket. You can add in cheese and stuff, but I never bother.

Take one bag of yer fav tortilla chips and fill a oven tray.
Top with one can o' chili and whatever else you like.
350 degrees for 15 mins.
Then 'wave a jar of that cheezy sauce and pour over the top.

frozen grapes are good.

i have a couple good easy snack recipes but their more along the lines of chocolate stuff not really the kinds that have been mentioned.

I keep a bag of good cheeses from Trader Joes in the fridge. An extra sharp cheddar and some other kind, with a little stump of salami. They also have these trays of precut cheese if you're a lazy tub of ass. A bottle of cornichones (very small pickles) and a tub of mixed olives. Throw that stuff on some cracked black pepper water crackers or ritz. Bam.. fast, and really good.

2 table spoon milk
1 egg
2 tea spoon sugar

mix all together and whip until you dont see egg white
steam for 5-8 minutes

and you have easy home made flan. it's the only snack i know how to make and no, it doesn't look like the ones you can buy but the taste is better to me.

I consider an orange or an energy bar a snack. Spaghetti? whew...strange man.
God damn hippies, acting like you own the place with yer god damned rabbit food!

Pizza bagels are good. Haven't done them in a long time.

Pretzels + peanut butter is one of my favorite snacks. Not the most elegant looking snack (especially if you are just dipping the pretzels in the jar of PB) but damn tasty.

Welcome to overweight America.

I'm a big fan of Easy Mac, but I throw the powdered cheese back into the box. I take the macaroni, add a little extra water to the reccomened amount, microwave for 3 and a half minutes. Then with the extra water in there I add some crushed red pepper, mix it up real good and sprinkle on some tobasco sauce. A great snack or meal if you need to make weight the next day, or if you are looking for something rather simple and filling that'll give you the carbs you need.

I find homemade trail mix to be a good snack.

EDIT: Also, though it's cliche, maybe some carrot sticks or some fruit. Good for you and good mindless eating.

I always get some mini bite tortilla chips, line them up on a plate, put a dab of salsa on each one, then sprinkle cheese ontop of them all and microwave until melted. Instant snack in less that 5 minutes.

...64 slices of American Cheese?

Wtf. Spaghetti. I make that for dinner.
I dont really eat snacks so thats where spaghetti comes from, its just a super sweet meal for anytime. Breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Oh yea chips and shreded cheese in the microwave is food of the gods. I just throw some cheese on a plate of chips and throw them in the microwave for 30 sec. -1 min. then put some taco sauce or Tabasco habanero or La Victoria Salsa Brava depending on my mood.

Beef or Pork Ramen Noodles put some Tabasco in the water 5 or 6 large drops and boil for 4 min then add seasoning packet.

Saltine Crackers with some butter or peanut butter.

Bowl of Rice Chexs with a spoonfull of sugar on top.

Toast, I eat a lot of Toast for a snack.

I like carbs ;)
