What is the cheapest ever game you have bought.

I paid negative 5 dollars for Paper Mario 2.

$20 EBgames sale
-20 gift voucher
-5 rebate from pricegrabber
=================
negative $5

In other words, "they" gave me 5 dollars.
How is this general gaming and industry news?
This is squarely within the "General Gaming" category... You people need to be less picky.. or find something else to do.
Considering K-Mart never had Zelda Collector's Edition. And you could only get it by subscribing to Nintendo Power around Christmas of 03 -- I call bullshit.
1) Stores did receive loose copies to bundle with Gamecubes.
2) You could receive the game by mailing 4 qualifying proofs of purchase to Nintendo.
3) I call your bullshit.

Correction. EBgames said they won't honor the *mail-in rebate*.

I used a *gift voucher* that I received two months earlier. So my original message was correct.

And I call YOU a dumbshit. I got that Collector's Edition when I bought a game cube. K-mart had them sitting on the counter, and just handed them out to anyone buying a Cube. It's entirely believable that a "going out of business" K-mart would sell the last few copies for 50 cents.

Good God. I wish you people would be less skeptical of us posters, instead of accusing us of "bullshit". Why would we lie??? There's no motive to do so.

Not counting "free" games pruchased either through profit from selling other games and trading in penny guides (there have been alot)

I have scored a few penny items:
Zelda OOT/ MQ disc from Target (this was a leftover after WW had been released)
JSRF/ Sega GT disc from CC

there have been soo many 1,2,3,4, and 5 dollar games in my collection (about 60% of my collection) I cant bitch about having somegames collect dust, I like collecting "something" and I get better deals on games than I had been on dvds
