i really want a blacklight tat, but most of them are done with phosphorus which can make you sick after longterm and many people have allergies to it after it's tattooed. some are now being done with the stuff gmooj liked to (zinc or something like that) and they're supposed to be much safer but many serious tattoo artists still think it's risky. i seriously looked into it about 2 years ago, but i'm sure they're making advancements all the time with that stuff.

I dont have pics to show to get laughed and made fun of at but Ive got a few myself and Im getting ready to get another one done.

This next one I say is gonna be pretty original. Its a design I saw on something in a movie thats a few years old and it will end up being a decent size arm piece.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm sure when I get tanner it will look a little different too.

As for the pain...it was my first time so I have nothing to compare it to, but it really didn't hurt. It felt like a burning-scratching sort of thing.

I'm glad though I'm not getting similar comments the OP got though ;)

Make sure if you're out in the sun you use some kind of lotion. The sun fucks up tattoos more than anything.

If I ever get a tattoo, I'll get wings on my ankles similar to those of the god Mercury (or Hermes).

I've always loved Greek mythology and running, so it would be a great match.
