Assassin's Creed: The Ezio Collection has been rated in Korea for XB1.

Perhaps it is a remaster of the 360 Ezio Collection.

Kinda strange regardless since ACII is already BC. No Revelations or Brotherhood on BC yet though...

Bungie just confirmed the Taken King PlayStation exclusives originally slated to last one year are now remaining exclusive for another full year. One year was already a joke, I'm considering not picking up Rise of Iron and Destiny 2 now. I know the content is minor but it's the principle. It especially seems worse since Xbox is who really made Bungie into what they are today.

I know you are head of the Anti-Remaster Committee around here, but remastered games sell incredibly well. Plain and simple.

And this does not necessarily mean that the other AC games won't go BC. I am sure more will BC titles will come, including Rogue.

Yep, EA didn't change their tune on a whim - they looked at the sales figures. The profit margin on skeleton crew ports makes them a no-brainer for publishers. PS is a lot of the momentum to make a remaster/port scene since they don't have a BC option (or does PS Now count?).

I wouldn't necessarily say I'm head of the Anti-Remaster Committee. I'm just not fond of hoarding games I already own when BC exists, which puts me in the minority here. Which is also why we have more remaster announces than all-new games. I'm not starting an argument, only stating an observation. People should not be getting pumped for their pre-orders of games already sitting on their Xbox 360 hard drive (especially when these newer remasters are even missing features). If a remaster was necessary and served as an actual hands-down improvement and overhaul (Metro 2033 Redux and hopefully Mass Effect 1) I'd totally buy it.

I have yet to see any game go BC that's already been remastered besides Saint's Row IV. The remaster was kind of broken, so maybe that's why that happened. In that case, I'd like my Prototype games BC, please.

I still blame Sony. Black Ops 1 sold really well when it went BC. There's still profit there. Maybe not as much, but enough to make some side money while developing new games we haven't played yet, which is more than they can say during their time developing for the 360, while continuing to make the Xbox One's library the biggest of any game console with the inclusion of the BC library. I think if PS4 had some sort of BC, developers would be singing a different tune. They'd have less of a reason to release remasters, and fewer people willing to put up with it.

And honestly, if they were to add newly-remastered games as padding to the EA Access vault on regular intervals, in addition to generation-exclusive games and not make them their monthly added games, that wouldn't be a bad deal. I would totally go for that. Of course, that could easily backfire and we'll see "Skate 1 Remastered" as a monthly Vault addition. I guess that sort of happened with Dead Space 1 BC.

Since a buddy of mine started playing Destiny with me I've been playing it almost non-stop and exclusively. It even got me to put down the :xb1: and :pc: versions of Terraria, and that game was swimming through my veins for a long time. I wouldn't mind the :ps4: exclusives coming to :xb1:, but it won't stop me from enjoying the game. Also, I bought the $40 collection upgrade pack last night and now I can trade my disc copy in for that sweet sweet $2.20 that GS will give me. :drool:

MS didn't do anything to bungie. B knew right from the start of their contract that halo would belong to MS after the 10yr contract ended. This is purely Sony having spite against MS for having timed exclusive dlcs for the COD games. The entire last gen MS and Activision were buddy buddy on everything and Sony got the short end of the stick so now they're buddy buddy with Activision but I don't think MS really cares at this point, the damage has been done.

If I have the disc version of Destiny, will I then see the reduced price for the collection, or do I have to own some of the prior DLC as well?

edit: Seems that its only available if I have TTK on the 360/PS3. I'll just buy TTK fir $20 from Toys R Us and see if I even like it...

I don't think the price is reduced on what I bought. There is a $40 version and a $60 version, and based on im_dany's experience I pulled the trigger on the cheaper version.

The $40 bundle doesn't seem to come with Exp I and Exp II (unless they are assumed to be bundled with TTK). Since I already own the first three expansions that option worked for me quite well, but if you don't own Exp I and Exp II I don't know how it will work for you.

It use to be expensive, but then square enix reprinted it a few times to sell on their site, and the price dropped. I picked it up during one of their sales last december for 6 bucks.

It probably doesn't include them. It redownloaded (aka checked like on 360) TTK and the vanilla game and added the Iron Gjally and Rise of Iron

What is odd is that while the "cover art" and Description for the $60 version (link) mentions Exp I&II, but the "In this bundle" section makes no mention of them.

I won about 20 games in a row right after I joined an affiliation. It dropped off later on.

Well you know what's strange about it... the codes are still valid and chat support confirmed they were good to go, but they just don't work. I keep getting the "something went wrong" error. After about an hour they told me to contact EA, but I have a feeling I won't be hearing from them. Anyone ever see that error and eventually get a code to work?

Is this happening in a web browser? Usually when that happens, I have to sign out and sign back in.
 
I've now attempted to play 2 games of Draft Champions.  Both enemies conceded.

The first quit while he was up 12-0 and I was driving late in the 2nd quarter.

The second conceded the match after he went for it on 4th and I made him fumble. (first drive of the game)
