Yeah, but they've never done anything near the scale of some of those mods officially. With Skyrim they would run fine now on the equivalent of the current consoles, but if you factor in the increased fidelity I think we're back to similar limitations. Fallout 4 is our only real reference for Bethesda's full ability on the current generation, and it runs like absolute shit if too much is going on. By default you have the Corvega factory where the framerate tanks, and if you build enough in a settlement you get similar results.

Now I think it may be possible for them to work around it if they're willing. You've got Diamond City and a few other locations in 4 locked off in loading zones, and New Vegas on the same engine had to put those stupid walls between sections of the main city because of the limitations on 360/PS3. I'm curious how this engine will handle the tight quarters that King's Landing seems to have a lot of in it's streets and walkways. Skyrim generally has everything pretty spaced out.

One positive I see is if they decide to stick to a voiced protagonist, it would work a lot better if it is going to be a specific character rather than a nobody.

Which Meter? If your talking about the summer spotlight meter, it should reflect your purchases within 96 Hours. The Light Green color is your purchase level, and the dark green is what is left. Blahhhhhhhhhhh need to frankenstein my xbox 360 after I pieced it out, WTF is up with hard drives and controllers still being so expensive.

If anyone has an extra hard drive (20gb is fine), a controller, or a kinect theyre trying to let go for cheap lemme know.

I'm 99% digital, exception being I picked up Injustice 2 on disc the week it came out for $39. There is a lot of legs on it, even if you are a single player only gamer there is a really fun and in depth online mode where you don't have to get wrecked by people in vs matches. It's kind of a loot game always on the getting better gear treadmill. It also is one of the better looking games I've played in awhile, the HDR lighting on that game is pretty amazing if you have the setup. My only complaint is the Joker character design and his stage are both fairly weak.

Prey seems like one of those games I'm going to pick up at the $20 point. I liked the trial version. The knocks I've seen on it could be a blessing for some. It seems so open in the variety of ways you can approach the game, shooter, stealth, etc.. it doesn't really nail anyone of them. Story seemed semi interesting, might of been better served being a focused on a particular type of game play.

sounds ruff, i went through 3 used 360's from gamestop before finally bought one brand new from their last batch and has been working ever since, instead of buying pieces, would it be cheaper to get a used 360 from gamestop and gut that one?

Mine is the "Cat Fight" achievement. So much BS. Knowing Ed Boon, it was probable his idea to basically lock an achievement behind a NRG-based loot mother box just for the fun of it.

 
I’m contemplating cancelling my Destiny 2 preorder. I never got real far in the first game and this just sounds like much more of the same. If I want that, I can go back and continue to play the first game.

It might not affect you too much, but support for the first game will drop to near nothing. There won't be any more special events like Iron Banner, Sparrow Racing League, or seasonal updates. It's still a fun game (I picked it back up a few weeks ago for some reason), but the action will be in D2.

Honestly never took place in any of those events. Was just trying to make my way though the story.

Well at it's core it is still Destiny but they did focus more on the Campaign and the over world PVE events are drastically more beefy this time.

I guess part of that equation will also be how much will the campaign rely on knowledge of story and lure from the first game? If it does, that another reason for me to hold off since I haven’t even finished the first one. And, for me, the campaign is still the main draw of these kind of games.

Looks like the Recore DE update might be out now.  I installed the game last night and now have a 6.44GB update for it downloading.

 
Ended up grabbing 'Fallout: New Vegas' and 'Oblivion.'  Will end up enjoying it......someday.

Traded in 6 games from the backlog (that I now have digital) into Gamestop for a cool $32.  Will probably flip that trade credit into Xbox Live currency and continue the pattern.

 
Does anyone use the Turtle Beach XO Four Stealth headset? Looks like it's on clearance at Target with a 20% off cartwheel coupon that would bring it down to $40. I was considering using GS credit to get the upcoming Stealth 600 (MSRP $100), but this is a good deal...

Ha yeah if you're a completion-"ist" that achievement is down right bullshiat. I still don't have it and my Catwoman has been level 20 forever.

I don't know if you noticed but they have a paid DLC that is kind of one of those "fighting used game sales" tricks, that didn't come with the digital release on sale right now which is pretty dumb. It's not that expensive $2 but just from the description that it came with every version of the game sold at retail I'm guessing it might be pretty significant.

I just got it the day before yesterday but haven't had time to grab that achievement yet, had the game since launch. I unlocked Staff of Grayson in one of the first motherboxes I opened and I never, ever use robin.

I have 4+ pieces of each item from the billionaire's set except the damn pants. :(

Yes, I have them. Very nice, but nothing real special. Sound quality is good. I have a larger head and find that the headband is a little snug, but not uncomfortable. I wouldn't pay full retail, but $40 is definitely a good price.

Are you talking about the Anarchy edition? I thought that was supposed to be a day one edition dlc? and I also heard the 2 items in the dlc get out powered in the first hour of gameplay..... so your not missing much.

agreed, this was just "day one edition" dlc. rage is neither the first nor the biggest game to do that and not have another retail release.

Maybe, the Anarchy edition was another DLC I can buy for $1.99. Thist was called Wasteland Sewer Missions, the description read like it might of been similar to when EA "online passes" had the text "This RAGE Add-on content is included in all new copies of the game sold at retail. If you have purchased a new retail copy of RAGE, please do not purchase this content as you will be charged again."

From Houston.
All in all, its such a difference between neighborhoods/cities/suburbs that its insane.
Downtown is basically underwater from what I hear.
Places closer to Galveston are not doing too well either.
Between DT and Galveston, its like a tornado in the hit or miss destruction.

Bethesda's Creation Club will supposedly be out tomorrow for XB1. Users will get 100 Credits free the first time they sign in. You can share your credits between Fallout 4 and Skyrim SE.

100 credits equals $1.

I know this makes some people sad. If you don't like the Creation Club, then don't use it.

EDIT: We will receive 100 free credits - not 500 credits.
