I can only handle so much bro but I appreciated how Army of Two was like "OH you like co-op? HERE'S some co-op!" instead of just having you play simultaneously, it went out of its way to find ways for players to do things together.

I picked up Stardew Valley with some expiring Bing credits, it's pretty fun so far, Haley is not into me at all though but she seems kind of stuck up. Not sure who or how I get a wife, my farm is still garbage at the moment though. It says I still haven't met 3 towns people so I need to search them out.

I picked the forest farm so I'm having to use my axe a lot. Any early game money tips for me?

Tried to buy a couple copies out of a bargin bin back in the day to play with my nephew. He looked at the box and said he wasn't interested. Almost bought one of them digitally once super cheap to play on PS3 after that with a friend. Never did. Neither of us were too stoked to play it but it was like super cheap on PSN.

I like Gears and hopefully Bulletstorm will scratch my bro gamer itch.

I watched assassin's creed last night. The changes to the animus make sense for a movie, laying down in a bed would be a bit boring, but it's still goofy. It's also like they didn't take any hints from the games. They have next to no modern day stuff in the newer games because people didn't like it as much but the movie seemed like it was mostly modern day stuff. They could've made an entire movie that took place during the Spanish inquisition about finding the apple of Eden and it would've been much better.

I was watching it on TV but to be honest you'll want to watch it withe the HBO Go app, for me that's on my Xbox One, as they have BTS and extras stuff for each episode - most of them are the unedited comedy stand up segments.

I don't know, to me it just isn't Assassin's Creed without the modern stuff. I think they drifted away from the modern stuff more recently because they just don't know what to do without Desmond, and how to really progress the Those Who Came Before stuff put into place at the end of 3. Not to mention it's less completely separate assets that the ridiculously huge Ubisoft team need to focus on when we only see 3 rooms in the modern era rather than the several different locations in AC3.

In the movie's case, I think the best bet would have been Animus at the beginning and end, with maybe one section halfway through. Cutting back and forth kept killing the momentum for me, and I really didn't feel anything for Aguilar and the Spanish stuff in general because we didn't spend much time there. The focus was clearly on modern Fasbender's character but didn't flesh him out enough either. Overall though, I felt the movie was just to bland for it's own good. Nothing offensive, and accurate enough to the universe, but nothing stand out either.

I just hope more companies figure out how to make decent adaptations like Marvel eventually. I really want Ghost in the Shell to be good, but the changes to the Major's backstory hinted at in the trailer have put up a few red flags for me already. I have no hope for any game movies as is, upcoming films are either big stuff that I think is going to be totally fucked like Metal Gear or Mass Effect, or guaranteed trash like Tetris.

Given that 4 games in the series are already BC, I wouldn't be surprised if the MW games make it eventually, even if it's after remasters come out ala Bioshock. But now I feel gross for even thinking about it due to the Ops 2 trolls and kinda hope they never do out of spite.

StoreParser has a register function, though I haven't read through all their stuff to know if it's just for a general newsletter or if you can specify a "game watch" list. You can register for game specific news on TrueAchievements, though I don't know if you can filter it out for just sales.

 
I personally just have the 2 store parser links bookmarked and check it like once a day to see if I can snag a deal

there isn't a lot that goes on sale so a quick check only takes a few seconds once a day

Only the first Modern Warfare is completely single player achievement wise. As for Modern Warfare 2 and 3, while there is no matchmaking achievements, there are achievements for doing the specials ops missions, all of which can be done offline. However, for a few you will need a friend (or at least somebody you don't despise completely).

I know MS is working on wishlists for XBL (effing finally) but I don't know if they'll include price change notifications. Most of the good deals are for Gold only, and honestly, with GWG on top of sale prices, I feel very justified in subscribing.
