No your profile will come up as corrupt and will have to download your profile again and the achievements wont be synced because you were online to sync them. There is a way however if you do want to go through with doing that and have a transfer cable. You will have to put your account on the computer and resign and rehash it so you can keep your achievements without an error

Everything I read from the past bannings, I just don't think they would ever unban anyone. My NY Yankees sucked this year. My ny Giants suck this year, my xbox sucks ass. It cant get any worse

But modifying profile can get you banned i bet. I thought they stopped that console ban corruption?

 
I wonder if they would ban us for buying region free games from playasia now since not really are region. So much unknowns and ms wont tell us nothing that helps us or lies. I can't believe how out of control they are.

Also, I'd almost be afraid to play the disc versions of these games that were listed as free while online, just incase someone is watching.

 
So if I bought and played Spanish disc version of Forza 4 on my 360 online, i am screwed?

there was a deal selling this for very cheap.

What they say the last week or so yes. :( You might not get banned for sure but you are most likely flagged.

Thought you said digital sorry to scare you. I hope not but i bet they consider that ban worthy knowing ms.

You are most likely fine. There is no indication as far as I know that out of region retail discs are a violation of anything. The problem is with buying digital out of region content.

Huh? My last box that was banned kept all the achievements I got. I remember cause I LITERALLY have 1 achievement for 5 points from Metro 2033.

 
Xbox.com says i need to transfer license from the old xbox signed in but it is banned. How do you do it i am sol? I like to know for when i do recover it.

Hmm, last time I did a transfer I didn't need the other console. But it's been a long time ago (2010/2011)

A transfer cable would be your best (and safest) option for the license transfers.

Edit: I forgot about that now you can just log onto Xbox.com and hit the transfer licenses button and it should work.

You know, other than MS's bullshit, they keep saying any content you buy with your GT on X1 won't be taken from you. So can't someone state that when you wanna transfer your content to a new box?

P.S. I CAN'T BELIEVE I'm actually trying to sell stuff on Craigslist to make up for lost money right now -_-

That isn't license transferring through it is transferring files. If you are offline they are disabled for access that is where license transferring enables every type of access.

I did a transfer cable before and some files will not move and deletes the only copy.

Yeah you will have to go to your account when you get your new one and go to license transfer through there, should work. You shouldn't need the other one at all.

There policy allows them to change anything at any time like drm back on among other things.

I bet it will be safer in dec but it will never be safe my tag is flagged has to be. If they nab my main tag on my new console do they ban the new console now to is the real question.

I bought a new one to just play gta5 online and only reason. :(

You can call Xbox and ask. When I called about my box being banned, he ran a check on my GT and said there is no flag for my account and it's safe. The guys name was Jesse.
