This clown has been posting variants of this ad for years. Sometimes the ads are in the free section, looking to simply give away various NES and SNES rarities.:roll:

Sometimes the ads are with a list of games like the one below (flintstones Surprise at Dino Peak, Jetsons, Chip and Dales 2, Rescue Rangers 2 etc. etc.), asking $100-150 for the entire bundle. I've even sent decent offers for individual games or the lot (even crazy high offers), no response ever, so I know they are just playing around/trolling. But really, doesn't this just get old after a while?

LOL nah that's just ads this plugin I have for chrome showing on the image capture. But it's not bad ads because it's relevant to what you're searching for. Like if you're on amazon searching for a game it'll tell you if Ebay has it cheaper etc..

:lol:What's funniest about that ad is that at the start it seems like they're bitching about people offering lowball prices for stuff they've listed(my usual complaint w/ CL), but later on in the ad(which has been flagged/removed btw) they seem to be bitching about people letting others know that their stuff may be rare by listing the rare items for sky high prices.

Either way, that was a good laugh but also so true.;)

As for me, I re-listed my 60gb PS3 as a 'needs work' one now after having people respond like crazy to my prior ad listing it as 'console only' but not mentioning that it may likely need a laser.:razz: Funny thing is it's almost always the same 3-5 shitheads replying.:roll:

Also, Chicago's CL game thread is now almost entirely made up of posts that belong on here.

Honestly no for me but that's because I haven't needed much lately since I've gotten the plugin. The main reason that plugin is so awesome (it's called FastestChrome btw) is because on most sites it allows you go to the next page by just scrolling down instead of clicking on "page 2" example

For craigslist, I didnt have to click "next 100 listings" just scroll down for more listings.

It doesnt work on CAG for some reason.
 
Auction scam sites make up about 7 out of every 10 posts on local Craigslist. It's fucking useless anymore.
 
I have seen these posts with really rare games occasionally too, its always something "found a bunch of nintendo games still in their original boxes" and half of them are games like Little Samson, Duck Tales 2, etc.

what is the purpose of that? just to troll people? I don't get whats funny about it, do they read emails saying "yeah I'll give you 500 dollars for the games" and laugh hysterically to themselves?
