YMMV ToysRUS "Green" Clearance is up to 70% off!

I picked up Sin and Punishment for the Wii ($5) and Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition ($12).
The had a variety of other games, I picked these up in Leominster MA.

The worker said the prices will steadily decrease, but he is not sure when the next drop will be.

They had an assortment of other games on ALL consoles.
Some hidden gems.

Just look for the games with a Lime Green tag on them. They all say "Was $##.##" but don't give the real price until you check them either at a register or kiosk.

Got denied on the COD ghosts, they said the ad doesnt show that the wii u ghosts is on sale for 30, only that the xbox version was.

Oh, they had the xbox 360 essentials pack, wireless controller with 3 months xbox live and media remote for $80 on blue clearance.

Some PS3 headset turtles beach, regular 60 on blue clearance.

Plantation, FL only had some Lego Batman and Starwars games for the DS. No Skyrim, Kid Icarus, etc. They had a couple of the Afterglow Wii U controllers. All blue tagged.

 
Please keep in mind most places have not tagged everything that they were supposed to. All of the sale items are the same nationwide. I saw one store with no tags on many games that were on sale.
 
I bought Kid Icarus today for $20. Going to keep it sealed to see if it lowers some more in next 90 days as they had two more copies at my TRU. Wanted to get Dark Souls but they didn't have any.

They finally tagged the games and accessories at my local TRU.

Considering going back for the crosswords game for 3ds, I think it would be about 6 bucks. They only had 1 or 2 recent 3ds games that were tagged, they were green, and they were crap. Several Vita games were marked down to blue which would make them about 7 bucks, I may go back and grab a few of those. No starter kits for 360, nothing like that unfortunately.

Will consoles eventually get tagged? I thought I saw someone say earlier they were at their local store.

Couple of things i saw a Toy R Us today that i don't typically go to.  

Xbox 360 250gb bundle with Kinect and 2 games, it was priced at 399.99 but it had a yellow sticker.

Star fox 3DS - 29.99 with a green sticker.

Rockstar collection for PS3 - had Red Dead, Midnight Club LA, and GTA 4 i think, marked 29,99 with a green sticker.

Wonderful 101 Wii U marked 29.99 with a green sticker.

I saw 4gb PS vita cards marked 14.99 with a blue sticker, i didn't picked them up but i probably should have.

They had a handful of Vita games with blue stickers, i remember seeing the Jax and Daxter and i think Fifa. There were some others but i can't remember the names.

Now they had like 40 copies of COD ghosts for Wii U with the green sticker like people had mentioned.  I tried to get a couple of these with the sale price but they wouldn't let me because of the sale price and said that the system wouldn't allow it which I think they were just trying to give me a lame excuse. What was funny is after i asked about it then , they went over to the 29.99 sale sign and took it down.

From what i can see, it seems most stores are just random of clearance items. My local store only has like 5 games on clearance were two other stores i had been to had like 40 games on clearance.

 
I can't find shit... all the games are in this mess ass bins and it's mostly copies of Disney stuff for the PS2 and shovelware DS/Wii games.

If you have a smart phone, just pull up the bar code and use the price checker. Should be faster than trying to get there help, plus you'll know ahead of time of the price.

 
I ended up getting a canon powershot elph hs 100 for $45, wonderful 101 $15, project x zone $15, and starfox 64 3ds $15. This sale isn't bad.

Stopped at an out-of-the-way TRU since I was traveling.  Grabbed the following PS3 games:

Sleeping Dogs $7.50

Darkness II $7.50

Silent Hill Downpour $10

They also had a King of the Fighters XIII w/ soundtrack that I had been eyeballing but I had run out of money.  Went home and hit up the local store and grabbed:

Assassins Creed III $10

All were on green tag 50% off.  I will check back in to see if the King of the Fighters drops any more, if so I will buy the remaining copy and return mine.  Forgot to check for Kid Icarus while I was out, would have liked to get that one.

Would love to nail downpour for 10. Mine doesn't have it but reminds me to keep an eye out for it and take a trip to another toys r us see a better selection.
 
Picked up a regular copy of Skyrim for $10, since I already have all the DLC. Store has decent stock on a lot of games. No Vita or games for it though.

Also got pro evolution soccer 2013 for $12.99, it had a preowned sticker on it but the game was factory sealed with y-folds. I'm not sure if this game was part of the deal or not.
 
Mannnn, I ended up at to one of those mini/express Toys R Us's they have in malls the other day. Not even remotely the same, lol.  :cry:  I really don't feel like driving to the next closest.

 
I just picked up Twisted Metal for PS3. It was $20 with a green sticker so it was 10. It was the limited edition too so it comes with Twisted Metal Black.
 
Welp, my local TRU sold the rest of their Kid Icarus and Dream Drop Distance. However, New Super Mario Bros. and Mario Kart DS are still $34.99... >___>

Is the regular 3DS on clearance? The store happened to have four of them in large boxes (I assume with charging cradle)? Might be worth it if they are cheaper than the refurbs Nintendo is selling.

I got the last Project X LE for 9.99, also talked to one of the TRU employees about the yellow tagged red 3DS ( Cause they had 4 on shelf) she told me that they have like 30 in the back and havent sold any of them in forever, said the Nintendo Rep was in the back sending pictures to the liquidation agency who handles TRU. Basically told me that she thinks they will be going brown tag or green tag very soon. So i am keeping my hopes up, because i will clear them out if they make it to 50% off! haha.

 
I know it's not clearance, but I found Super Mario Galaxy 2 at my TRU today for $29.99. It's listed as $14.99 on BestBuy.com though, and I got them to Price Match it no problem. Might be worth doing if your TRU has them in stock.

They y-fold all of their preowned games, but it's not factory sealed. The 360 games are missing the PoP sticker along the opening, and I've seen several DS games beat to shit despite the fold. They just rewrap them and make them look factory sealed.
 
Picked up Wonderful 101 but Kid Iccarus seemed to be sold out. Dude said that he was surprised as he had 20+ copies last time he checked. >.<

If anyone can pick me up a copy, I can trade a Pokemon Y code + shipping or something for it  :pray:

I haven't heard anything about percentages going up, but I talk regularly with my managers, and the sales will last as long as they can push more BPPs, which are geared mainly on electronics. Today, the people in RZone were especially reminded to push the BPPs, like every 10 minutes.
