What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Never bought used from BBY, but others here have had very good experiences with it.

Sadly, it's been many months since a LN SM3DL has gone for less than $25. These days, they go for closer to $30.

Yes, but if their "reason" is BS (e.g., you send in a new/sealed item and it's rejected because of "damaged disc", or you send in a game you verified by UPC and it's rejected because of "incorrect UPC" ala the Defiance CE fiasco), then you have grounds to contact Amazon CS and explain the situation.

 
Received my Pokemon X (G) and MOGA Pocket controller (G) order today. Both were in fine condition. Pokemon X's box art has a tiny tear, but nothing too noticeable (Heck, removing Amazon's stickers did more to the box); the Club Nintendo code was unused. The MOGA controller came with a carrying pouch, and looked as if it was barely used; it took some effort to get my Nexus 7 to detect it, but when it finally paired, it seemed reliable enough with the Universal Driver.

 
Does anyone have any experience with ordering Skylanders starter kits? I'm on the fence about getting the latest for the Xbox One to play with my son. I really don't want it to be half missing though.

I ordered a ps4 like new one of Swap force and it was brand new. Everything still there down to the manual.

The Scribblenauts is brand new lol, and I did pay $20 (or at least for the ONE copy I was supposed to get, instead of two) lol, the other games are sorta my only copies of them. Also, I did say you could keep the game (and that would probably cover shipping)

I may or may not have a few minutes before they pulled the price errors kept buying Tomb Raider CEs as the numbers weren't really going down. I also may or may not have bough about a dozen of them. I may or may not be planning to put out all the action figures at once.

Honestly it wasn't intentional and I thought I had ordered like four until it was all over I went back and counted.

Well that is just silly, as a CAG to actively HATE any store (Besides Walmart, Walmart is acceptable to hate for gaming.)

Very used? But no they won't have any Club Nintendo codes in the case, very good chance the amazon won't either, also Like New for a 3DS game is pretty irrelevant, as the case would be the same, and the cart doesn't get scratched. Used games from best buy are always flawless, all LN in their own right, as they are resurfaced (discs that is) to Like New, using EXTREMELY GOOD machines, unlike GS.

I will rarely if ever order games used from the GS website, frequently from amazon, but the prices on the best buy website are crazy good for many games, and any preference for company shouldn't matter unless it is regards to where you have credit. Gotta get into the CAG spirit.

Have they shipped yet? Because OMG if you have spares sell some of your army to other CAG's XD (I could swap a Golden Flameslinger New In Box since you love skylanders)

Edit: WTH wait a second o.0 I JUST checked the prices on the flameslinger, are you telling me that random impulse by that CAG made me make, actually paid off? It went up in price? When did that happen, I almost traded it in to amazon at below cost recently.

I was about to say that all the golden Skylanders are worth a decent amount last I checked.

Half have shipped, the other half are waiting to be paid for with my processing trades. I'm sure a couple could find their way to good homes, though there's an extensive vetting process.

 
Anyone have an idea of how much it would cost to ship the Tomb Raider CE?

I ask because I saw about 6 PS3 copies a few weeks back at a Gamestop and I may be willing to help someone if they get a shipping label, e-mail it to me then I put it in a box and ship it.

They got converted to used a while back, so I seriously doubt they are still there, and if they are, it would be completely gutted by employees and such. (ALSO FYI FOR WHOEVER DOESN'T CHECK THE GS CONVERSION THREAD) The Bioshock Infinite Premium Edition is getting converted tomorrow.

Probably about $12-16 through UPS based on my experience shipping Disney Infinity and Skylanders sets which have similar official shipping weights.

I know they got converted but I bought 1 during Christmas week and they were sitting high on the shelf like nobody asked for them and they were surprised when I got it for like $13 so it may still be there.
 
I just got my NSMB2 today, fun game.  The levels seem way too short, but it's so much fun to bring back 80-90s memories.
