Amazon Warehouse Deals Thread X

I'll point out that a significant number of decent quality Blus are up in the $4-6 range.  Grabbed a half dozen things I was interested in that I haven't seen particularly cheap otherwise.

The console itself was still sealed in the plastic and the controller itself had the clear stickers over the pads. So, either it's a new console or the previous owner really took their sweet time to re-pack it to perfection.

I haven't tried any of the codes yet, but from a quick glance, looks good.

Thanks. I have an Xbox One and was gonna give the PS4 to a friend. But when I thought about it, the trade/resell price will always be in the neighborhood of what I played so I'll probably just keep it and have some fun with it. Will definitely get MLB The Show :)

That's true. Even if it just sits and collects dust for a while, there will be worthy exclusives down the road. You'll probably be happy you kept both.

That's pretty normal for CE pre-orders and how mine as well. You have to worry when it says that for something that's paid for from AWD (like my BD CE :headache: ).

Corpse Bride, Suckerpunch and Happy Feet. Realized that Tale of Desperaux and Adventureland were on sale new for $5 so spend the 15 cents more and went that way.

Might want to see if anyone wants to buy it from you, even at cost, first. They said they were printing another 3,000 but they seem to be decently in demand and unavailable at Amazon.

 
hmmmm lightning returns $41 has me having some hope that DK tropical freeze will be $30-$35

will probably wait to try to buy it there

killzone going cheaper and cheaper making me regret buying digital

Nice. I check the bluray deals almost daily. I can post them here if the deals are really really worthwhile (and people don't get pissed). I usually just post my finds on a bluray forum because I didn't think people here were interested bluray deals.

We could always start an AWD thread in DVD/Blu-ray deals. That forum always seems pretty dead most of the time.

I probably use the same forum too. Now that I think of it Im pretty sure Ive seen your username and pic over at blu-ray.com. Great website. I post a few deals in the blu ray section here but dont do it often since it is dead like samaside mentioned.

I used to check the DVD/Bluray section of CAG several times a day, but it seems like it died right after the switch to CAG 3.0. That is the day I discovered the bluray.com forums. I hate to speak an bad word about CAG, but I'd estimate that 90% to 95% of the bluray deals are on bluray.com before the CAG Bluray section.

Now back on topic.

Wasn't that DRM decision on the Xbox One stupid? And how dumb was is for Nintendo to invest in the Gamepad instead of Wii-U hardware performance? Also, isn't it crazy how every single third party game has better framerate and resolution on the PS4 over the Xbox One?

I wouldn't mind if the CAG blu-ray section were more active. Particularly if there was a way to arrange international group steelbook buys without having to involve a separate site...

Most do not here i post on another place cause blu forum here meh... If anime they will love it here. I used to do the amazon blu deal thread here so i know. It is a ghost town of lukers but the br site rules 4 blu stuff.

Do you have an inkling why they do that? Maybe payment related? Also, could you enlighten me about how long a window I got with "revising my payment method" before they cancel?

No, they hadn't even attempted to charge any of those things or it was already paid for with credit. It's all the cheap and heavily in demand stuff from the little restock the other night that they most likely oversold.

Odd i buy nonstop for over years i never got a canceled order knock on wood. Maybe the bulk buying flags account and cancels some sales? I do not get why it would even happen. I did get backorders before but they always completed.

I had a theory that the lack of BD: CE today was correlated to the copies that were not yet shipped (that those were being filled with potential AWD stock). Mine shipped last night, and it seems like others' did, too, so maybe a few of them hit AWD today?

I'll tell you what - I'll keep an eye out today, and I nab an extra, it's yours; you've been extremely helpful and friendly for a guy who is pretty new to the AWD thing.

 
The PS4's I ordered on the 17th still haven't been shipped, even though the delivery estimate is today.  :pray: Hopefully they ship soon.

Lol, I'm not el hoardo, just got a real good deal on the two PS4's & want to see which one is the best one. I just received an updated delivery estimate however, so there is hope that it's not going to be canceled, thank God & thanks. :whee:

So I chatted with Amazon regarding my ps4 that has an estimated delivery date for tomorrow and hasn't shipped yet. They said it was "temporarily out of stock" I told her I was worried about it getting cancelled, and she said she would inform the shipping department and I would get an email when it shipped. Had anyone had any luck with this situation, or am I looking at a cancellation?

Keep on them they actually send the info to warehouse so each day ask for updates if top item you want faster. This always worked for me plus free credit for delay.

We ordered from the same batch of PS4's, Monday during the day I believe. I received an updated shipping estimate of

DELIVERY ESTIMATE Friday, February 21, 2014 - Monday, February 24, 2014 by 8:00p

That was after I spoke with a rep as well. Ideally, it would be shipped out today, all we can do is hope & pray. :pray:

Nice! I think we did order from the same batch. I hope I get some good news today as well.

I thought that if I put a person on it, that would override their automated system which might lead to a cancellation. I hope I'm right.
 
Got the cheap PS4 hooked up.  Updating now.  It works great & everything is shiny, brand new.  So glad I waited getting in on the new gen until I could get a cheap deal.  Good luck to all of you still waiting...totally worth it.

Now if they'd post a $250 XBone I might bite.

Hey Eldritch, if you get the dreaded "delayed" message but they give you a revised delivery estimate (in red), what do you think the odds are that the order will go through? I know you mentioned the date going blank is bad news, but my delivery estimate was just pushed back 5 days. Crazytown because it was already a really long estimate; I ordered on the 13th with Prime. Thanks for your insight!

 
Not sure if anyone is looking for this , but there are a few Game Boy Micro - 20th Anniversary Editions up for 85.xx in acceptable condition.
