Problem is I already picked it up on sale. On GOG, which is the version without the Daily Challenges. :wall:

It's bad enough that I double-dipped on it (I own it on 360), but I ended up getting the worse PC version.
y u do dis. I find it best to not buy indie games from GOG (well, except for Race The Sun since that gives you a Steam key).

It was before I started browsing here for PC deals during their Time Machine sale (Insomnia 2). I kinda went a little purchase-happy because of the good deals on the classics, and the thread I was in was very fun/hype because of the way the sale was set up. Unfortunately, it was full of #FakeCAGs who were not looking out for each other's wallets.

The best part was when me and another guy cracked the sale (figuring out how to get sale prices that were previously expired), and we ended up posting the links to all the expired sales for everyone, one by one. It was like a puzzle to figure out each unique sale link.

Once we cracked the sale completely, I bought just about everything (total was something like $50), aside from one or two games of the 30, because brain chemicals and shit. Once the sale ended and I came to my senses, I OD'd on buyer's remorse.

Of course I wasn't aware of their 30-day refund policy until 2 or 3 days after the cut-off. :wall:

And that's why I never shop there anymore.

This is a story of disease and suffering; of medication and adverse effects; of thoracotomy scars and cellular poisons; of the living who cannot help but to die and of the dying who cannot help but to live; of a resting place other than "on 7F" or "at home".
Does it come with weeaboo cards of dying anime waifs?

What's the going price on a foil Thoracotomy Scar?

This! I don't particularly mind having most classic games on GOG when there is a steam version (usually going for lowest price).... but I really don't understand buying new/indie stuff there.

Well, the majority of what I bought wasn't available on Steam.

Here's the list of titles that were on sale -> http://www.gog.com/mix/drmfree_time_machine_sale_2014

The only one I didn't buy was Heroes of Might & Magic 5 Bundle.

The only "indie" titles I'd say I bought were Torchlight, Amnesia, Unepic, Grimrock and Spelunky.

Total is $59.80 before the annoying fees my bank hit me with, I'd ballpark at $62. I am deeply ashamed.

Wasn't Torchlight 1 free on GOG once?

Your ass, it grows dumber.

Wait, you bought Torchlight?

:newbie:
I bought it YEARS ago on Steam for $5 - when it 1st hit that price.

But, yeah - once it was FREE on GOG w/out DRM, had to add it to the GOG DRM-FREE library.

TL2 is MUCH better, though.

Dammit - they should've put Wolf Among Us at 75% (that'd be $6.25).

Wow. Yesterday I sold this guy a PS3 game for $10, looked at the money after he left and there was $11. Then this evening I go to browse IGN and turns out I won a game of my choosing, from a contest I didn't realize I had entered... then just now I get a Shufflepuck Cantina booster pack!

What was the game you won? I need to know, so I can decide if I hate you or not.

I said, a game of my choosing. I have not yet chosen. It has to be a console game so I was thinking Watch Dogs PS4 since there is jack shit else to play on my PS4. 2nd idea is Last of Us remastered for PS4.

Does it have to be a game? The DualShock 4 is the same price as a game and if you had two then you could not play games with a friend.

Bought the Groupees bundle for Realms of Arkania and have no interest in Nightmares from the Derp or Giana Sisters.  If for some reason one of the many people here who have given me keys in the past don't already have them and want them send me a PM.  If I have no idea who you are and you joined two months ago, have no avatar, and zero posts and send me a PM I'll just ignore you.

FTFY .. grab the free Ogredeath DLC on the Steam store for Realms of Arcania too Mooby

Plus, you realise both those games you're giving away have cards right?

Anyone need any Dead Island Epidemic beta invites, or should I just give all six of them to MysterD to momentarily overload the joy circuits in his robot brain?

Thanks for the tip re: DLC. As far as cards go I'm at the sales cap and have no desire to hand my SSN over to Valve. I just giveaway my cards now.

You could always transpose a few digits in your SSN accidentally ... accidents do happen ... especially with derpy fingers
