Maxed out the RAM to 2GB and I can't even get Netflix to load. Has a single core Atom and no HDMI port so it can't play HD video. Stutters when I play DVD's and eventually stops buffering. It's only good for basic word processing at this point.[/quote]

If you are worried about longevity I would NOT buy a laptop with 4GB if it can not be upgraded. 4GB is not enough right now IMO. It is just going to get worse not better.

My work laptop is pretty sweet but only has 4GB of Ram and can not be upgraded. It does have an SSD so when it runs out of RAM and needs to swap stuff in and out it isn't that bad. My work Desktop crawls when it has to swap to a spinning HD.

I would rather have 8GB of RAM and a non touch screen over a touchscreen and 4GB of RAM.

Immediately after dinner one of my twins randomly puked an ungodly amount all over the wall and floor. She's not sick or anything, but I thought I'd give you single guys some food for thought if you were considering heading out to the bar tonight and nailing some lonely thirty-something without precautions.

If you're weird like me and enjoy getting riled up at stuff, you should check out crapgamerreviews and Mooch78, a couple of delusional Microsoft fans who pretty much just accuse Sony of lying about selling 30 million consoles, among other things.

I'm sure they're delusional sony fanboys out there too that are equally pathetic. but these guys sounds like straight microsoft shills even though they don't get a penny from MS.

Sweet - Mac too!

We got back from my wife's family a couple hours ago and she wanted to go out for a bit since she's working tomorrow.  So we checked out Walmart and Target.

Walmart had plenty of Modern Mario amiibo so I grabbed 2 but games were pretty barren as most of the highlights were long gone.  Target was even worse as they had many games in the bins and racks still ringing up full price

Big ups to super mega baseball for throwing an insanely hard trophy in the mix. No way can I finish a championship with an average ego of 80, I can rarely hit the ball at that level.

It was great seeing Favre tonight. He was my first favorite player when I started really following football in 1993, and I think he's still probably my all-time favorite.

I nearly broke my gfs hand after that game when she tried to give me a high five after..she's furious...she's a damn patriot fan for whatever reason..it was nice to actually be home for a game at least.

IT Crowd Seasons 1-4 is going to be a Lightning Deal at 12:34 PM central tomorrow.  I already own the seasons on Amazon Instant Video so I doubt I'd rebuy them but the series is hilarious and highly recommend it.

Looks like Target has a pricing error on the Rock Band kit for the PS4 with black guitar.  Rings up at $60 according to a thread in the deals section.  207-34-0143 comes with a $15 gift card.  In store only.

wtf, been hyping up all night while i've been busting my ass, and then i come home to

weak packers performance, weak flash sale, even weaker xbox one black friday sale. i'm going to bed

Some of the stuff on target's website that was listed as instore only and not selectable to order for instore pick up is slowly unlocking. I was able to order the target edition of the lego movie to pick-up in the next four days.

Just saw that Tomb Raider price. Even better than the $10 Target price. Probably should have used that 10% off code (L1L2R1R2) since I doubt I'll buy anything else but too late now.

Time to sleep before I keep spending money.

Just got back from Walmart and Gamestop. Walmart was pretty empty. They still had basically everything left in stock, except for the two things I specifically went for (Mad Max and FC4 Complete Edition). I only picked up WWE 2K16, a 3 month Plus card, and some things for the kid (pajamas, huge thick Disney storybook, and a couple DVDs).

Gamestop, I got there and saw there were a few people already around the door, so I got out and waited at around 4:30. Now, I know all of us here are nerd-ish, but these fucking people...I'm sort of embarrassed to be associated with them. Holy fuck.

Anyways, I got my games, including Mad Max with the die cast car. I got out to my car and looked in the bag. I noticed they had given me the vanilla Shadow of Mordor instead of the GOTY edition, and they hadn't put Saints Row IV PS4 in the stack (one of the workers came out before they opened and basically took your order and gave you a ticket so it was ready when you got to the register.) so I had to go back and wait in line. Then, just now when I got home, my nephew got Saints Row 2 for 360 and the case is empty. I'll probably just eat the cost and order it for him on Amazon.

Tomb raider went up like 20 minutes after I went to bed, and I was only asleep for maybe 2 hours. Got up at 4:30 and hit up gamestop. Couldn't wait til Thursday, got the 1tb gears/rare xbone.

Now I'm waiting to clock in so I can put on X amount of the 120 tires we sold in our sale last night. Hyyyyyype

I randomly woke up at 6 AM after going to bed at 2:30 so I dragged myself over to Gamestop for the Witcher 3 plus steelbook. Ended up getting the Vault Boy bobblehead as well. My store had like 20 of those Funko boxes and I just couldn't find the appeal in it.

Stopped into Walmart afterwards since its on the way home and they must have had 3 dozen 3 month PS+ cards. Picked up a year's worth for $40.

I forgot to share the best story I had from going out last night.

At Target, they had a bunch of the sale games over in the men's section.  There was a good crowd of people when I went so I put my cart at the edge and browsed the bins.  While doing this, someone asked the employee over there about the Wii U bundle.  Employee wasn't sure so he started walking with the guy towards electronics...and started pushing my cart in the process.  My cart had a couple games and a shirt in it.  When I shouted after the guy to stop, he turned around and looked at me like I had three heads before slowly bringing the cart back.  What a fuck ing moron.

I was at Target getting an Apple TV for my dad and found a Tomb Raider Definitive for $10, so that was nice.  It was in a rack far away from the video games section - not sure why they do that.

And I found a Rock Band black guitar box, but it rang up at $199 unfortunately.
