How do you play strip Uno? With poker you basically play multiple games, but Uno isn't a short game you could play sets of. I don't think you could count up skips and draws and lose clothes for those, or you'd have nothing left 2 min in. I am way too invested in this conversation considering I'm not interested in showing off my weenis using a kinect camera. I need really high production values if I'm going to make my junk look at all photogenic.

So about that Walmart app promo a week or so ago... it promised a $10 egift card with a first-time app purchase of $75 or more. I purchased a $75 Xbox live digital code. I received the $10 card on 8/12 as promised. However, it wouldn't let me purchase a $10 Xbox live digital code with it... Walmart kept automatically cancelling my order after a couple hours. It did let me purchase a $20 PSN code today. Weird. OK deal in the end.

Just sharing in case there's a similar deal in the future.....

Are you familiar with the Warhammer universe at all? Basically everything is ultraviolent and more or less normal fantasy taken to that extreme. Blood Bowl is a spin off of football played in that universe. There's cheap shots, the refs are dirty, if a player gets pushed out of bounds the fans attack them, oh and the players can die.

I just watched that video. I'm really torn. I loved mutant league football and hockey back in the day, but this one looks like you have to be pretty invested and keeping up with stats like fantasy football, which I am not a fan of. Anyone who owns, is it very 'pick up and play' friendly or are games really long and slow?

Can someone login to my account and beat the Arkham knight riddler race with the hard as hell third lap!? I have not felt like hurling the controller at the screen in so long. :(

I think a match took around 45-60 minutes. I wouldn't say it's any more complicated or stat intensive than something like XCOM. I don't think it's overly complicated but I've been playing strategy games since I was knee high to a Skaven.

Agh I wished I had a 360. The 360 sale is pretty damn good, I want to pick up all of the street fighter content. I doubt Capcom will ever make USFIV backwards compatible though oh well. Getting Revelations 2 deluxe, I've heard many good things about this game and raid mode sounds like a blast. Also, for anyone else that was looking for Dead Rising 3 Apocalypse edition, Best Buy has it for sale for 25 bucks, 20 with GCU. I have a $10 RZ cert so I'll use that and it get it for 10 bucks. I'm tired of waiting for the price to drop lol

I can't say since I only had it for a week or so and played it before trading it off. They should have a unique playstyle and units though, and the look cool.

The only downside is PC gets the blood bowl dlc for free (a bunch of races) and we have to pay for them. :(

Edit- I see there's a campaign where if you purchase the game before they release each post release race you get it free. It would be nice if they had done something like that with consoles but I suppose that would have likely been difficult with the digital/disc split.

Too late, the DwG sales ended last night. I wonder if the new deals have already dropped but the format change is throwing off our (2nd) favorite scanners...

I already have BB, but I grabbed Lizardmen and Norsemen at the last minute. Elves aren't really my playstyle, so I passed on them. I was really eying Fortified, but couldn't pull the trigger on a cheap Orcs Must Die clone. I loved the reviews that either called it innovative or classic tower defense, which it is neither.

I saw the news over the weekend. I was bummed at first - but considering September is packed, I am fine waiting until November.

My guess is this has to do with the new store layout. They changed xbox.com when you go to buy games, etc.

DWG wasn't a huge issue since he only leaked it a few hours before. GWG he got a pretty big jump on though. Now we have just to wait for Larry *groan*.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Pretty sure Bungie said (either in writing or on a stream) that Rise of Iron would NOT be sold as part of any bundle. That players would only be able to get it separately. Of course, no one believed them at the time and said it was BS...but pretty sure they said it.

Edit: Based on searching forums, others heard/read the same thing. That is, until the Collection edition was leaked. Just another reason why we shouldn't listen to marketing/sales speak.
