But at one point BP, Shell, and EBay were allowed. I put that in the wiki already, but i meant for the future when new giftcards arrive.

Example being Nike is available now for credit purchases, but can change later to cash or equivalent only
You said that they were frequently changing it. They aren't.

Last July they cut off the ones I mentioned. They haven't changed it before then or since then. It's not that complicated.

I doubt many people would care, but I pre-ordered the Twin Peaks Funko pops that are supposed to be out at the end of the month. Just got a call that they are in, and the website also shows available for shipping now. Don't know if these normally have a strict street date or not. All I know is that I will be in Twin Peaks heaven soon.

Already updated the FAQ but letting you all know that they raised refurbish fees. I was refurbed $5 for a $12 base item, and was refurbed $7 for a $22 base item. Previously the highest refurb fee for a game or accessory was $4. Not sure if the refurb fee for systems went up though. So now especially, make sure you get a good disc if you're boomeranging
What warrants a refurb fee now? My store stopped charging them for missing cases. I don't Even think my store charges for scratched disks unless they're really fucked up.

That is exactly what they are for. Really fucked up discs. Getting for refurbed for anything else is them taking advantage.

How can you tell if GS stores such information? Can you do it from the iPhone app or mobile web site, or only from a desktop/laptop? Would you have to put a random thing in cart and begin heck out to find out?

If a game doesn't show up when searching for trade values...r they accepting it instore or waste of time going in store? I have 3 original Xbox games to get rid of... The Hobbit, The Godfather and Painkiller Hell Wars.

Thanks for the heads up. Just removed my credit card info to be safe.
At this point that is too late. I would contact my CC company if I were you.

If you are searching on the website for the game's TIV and can't find anything, that means that the game is probably on sale and is temporarily removed from the search results. I would check the app instead.

EDIT - Those don't show up in the app, so I wouldn't waste my time if I were you.

According to the article it looks like they were monitoring the online payment system and capturing the data before GS could encrypt it. You should be safe if you haven't made a online order since September.

Crap, made an order in late Sept using my PUR card/trade credit.

Is there a way to transfer the balance to another card? I remember years ago when I worked there we basically would put it on a GC and use the credit to "buy" it. Hopefully they actually have a system to do so now.

Looks like Has Been Heroes is only selling on the Switch. The :ps4: :xb1: don't look like they are selling much of what they started with.

Also looks like Bulletstorm Full Clip Edition :ps4: is actually selling some copies but the :xb1: version barely sold any yet.

I wouldn't use the online trade/gift card checker if I were you guys. If they are sniffing the checkout then they are certainly fishing the balance checker.

lol I checked my credit so many times recently. Does GS have any method to track the purchase data on the GCs in case you get stolen? Or they just laugh even when it's a known security issue. Btw I give nonshits about my CCs banking regulations cover everyone on that.

Well I had checked the balances of like five different trade cards the other day. And purchased Hitman over Christmas I'm pretty sure with PayPal. I wrote down all the balances through. PayPal should just be a password change eh?

I like some of the physical stuff....they can always keep that stuff with the ThinkGeek stuff so I don't really see it as much of a storage issue. They can't have that much reward catalog stuff taking up significant storage space.
Let's be real, their physical rewards are the equivalent of those at Chuck-E-Cheese.

Has anyone traded in ufc 2 before if so what was the last TIV during stealth bump?
$22.50 base last bump. Get them at BB and sit on them until the end of April? I'd say that is a safe bet since they seem to have low pre-owned stock.

How many GS stores total are there right now in U.S.? Roughly how do they compare to BB, Target, WM? About what percent of all new video game sales go through them vs. non gaming stores? Surely WM must have a huge lead over all others, even all others combined possibly, but I wonder how well a dedicated video game store does in the public conscious vs. people, parents simply picking up their ganes whilst out grocery shopping, etc.

Gamestop has about 6,000 stores worldwide. To my knowledge, someone correct me if I'm wrong, Gamestop is the leader in market share for video games. Walmart doesn't care about Video Games, they sell them because they want you to buy grocery and apparel. They get you in the store, hoping you buy more profitable stuff.

I have a mac so I had to google it and found a Reddit post that helped me. There are a ton of videos too try to find one that uses hakchi2 and virtualbox(thanks bb!). And make sure the video is kind of recent so you know it's up to date
Thanks for the helpful response! Contrary to assumptions, I've read up on it before and was a little intimidated, but I may just give it a shot.

I posted to the Redbox tab just now. I haven't been to a Redbox yet to confirm. Last time this happened it was Madden 17 that said it was available but it took a few weeks to hit their kiosks.
