This thread will attempt to provide a place to discuss past/present/future PC gaming deals. While mainly focusing on Steam games, any standout sales may also be presented. I will not be updating every Daily/Weekly/etc. sale. The tools to help individuals become a smarter shopper will be provided below.

For anyone that played Total War Warhammer from the monthly and enjoyed it you can currently preorder the 2nd game (that comes out in September) for a little under $34 on cdkeys which is nearly 50% off.

If you own both games you can combine the campaigns and races from both games into one large grand campaign, should be fun.  There is an extra 5% off coupon that you can use for liking their facebook page or something too.  The price keeps dropping, its .60 lower than what I preordered it for a few days ago.

One of my friends would NOT shut up about the achievement spam games the other night and I got so sick of it that I am going through my library and finding any I have and I am going to make a point of playing the stupid things just to piss him off.

I like that you're creating content though, even if it's not my preferred medium.

No, I think that most people are the same way... including myself.

 
If I were going to suggest something, I would say put links to the part of the video where you talk about each game.  Then people can click on and see the individual games that they are not familiar with already.  

Look for a Totalbiscuit Steam Sale video if you are not sure what I mean.  He always does that.

Sennheiser PC350 Special Edition High Performance Gaming Headset

Was $249.95 on sale for $79.99, I was wondering if anyone can actually recommend these?

I know Sennheiser is a decent headphone brand so I've heard.

Decent but not amazing. Rather get the on sale 558s or get 598 for $99 during Black Friday. Then buy a separate mic

Don't be fooled by that sale price either

Unless something changed, I don't think the VMODA BoomPro fits those headphones. ModMic is probably the better choice.

The BoomPro is great though.. if you're using it on headphones it supports

I'm rocking a pair of Sennheiser 558s and a Modmic. Pretty happy with the setup.

Groupon today has NEW  Black, White, and Blue Xbox One S Controllers (bluetooth) for $21 after EXTENDED coupon, but I think it's dead now (maybe)

$21 after tax + free shipping.

Anyone know if new (just created now) steam accounts can get summer sale cards?  I did the queue and it says I got cards, but nothing in inventory.

I already added $5 to the account, so the account is not "limited" but the market isn't available for a month.

I guess the real question is if new accounts can get cards before the market is unlocked?

I was still level 0 when I did the queue though... Maybe that was why...

 
I think you need to be level 5. after that next purchase or discovery queue drop will drop previous cards too.

And yes, no need for market access.

 
Just had a game removed from my account, something called "Oath of Genesis". Have no clue where it came from or if it was a beta or something like that. Said something about payment not being able to be processed.

EDIT: Apparently its happening to many, and the dev is deleting any threads asking about it :D

I think I got it from Carl, and the dev is a dick. They removed the game files a while ago from the keys that were given away for free, so you couldn't install the game.. and now they revoked the keys as if it wasn't useless to begin with

I might have gotten it from Carl too. He gave me a slew of stuff when I got Forza for him.

The perk to stickers is being able to use them as you please. Once you finish a page you can edit them, use stickers from other pages, etc

 
I heard another perk is badge if you complete all pages.

You didn't even show up last night and we stormed the entire night. We were best squad 3x and Parallacks owned some guy called SolarSystemBeaver by killing him 25x in the same game and he went nuts and threatened him with real death. Fox even got 15 kills sniping on the new night map.

what is more believable? fox got 15 kills sniping bases on skill, or you guys were playing a bunch of hockey pucks last night?
parallax might have been playing against his evil doppleganger if he raged that hard.
