  • When is the Final Fantasy XVI CE? Not announced. Granted, IF it does, you can bet I will devote an entire page to it.

Got my Daybreak CE today too, just in time to pre-order the second I guess.

I really wish they'd just unleash TiTS (heh) on modern consoles so I can dive in there. I have the Japanese Evo Vita versions but my Japanese isn't great and they're not exactly easy reads. I wait in fear that as soon as I do start they'll announce the trilogy in English.

Favorite series of mine, but I would say yeah wait - I anticipate modern TiTS will be unleashed soon. There are english patches for modded vita consoles out there, as well as pc versions. I've been wanting to go back to the start myself, but will wait until I finish Kuro II. Now that we see the Felghana remake being published by xseed, I'm almost certain a Sora trilogy remaster will be announced by early '25, if not sooner.

I knew what TiTS was in ref to but I don't see the connection between TiTS and Sora trilogy.

EDIT* After Googling, I get it now... Sora is in ref to the Japanese title.

Unfortunately, overpriced for what you get. NISA is starting to really cheapen their limited editions while raising prices. The Ys VIII limited edition was $5 less and came with more stuff (including a steelbook). I'd love to add this to my VIII and IX LEs, but I don't know if I can justify the price this time. Plus, paying up front sucks. Love enabling companies to earn interest on my money while I wait months for the product I ordered...
 
Thanks to super1 I got the P3R PS5 CE (enough acronyms eh) today. Found a store with one in stock. Sealed though some tearing in the plastic, not bad at all though!
 
Damn I thought I did good getting it for $100. Target has it in stock and part of the B2G1 free sale, so if you can get them to price match (it's already on sale for $145) and find 2 other games for that price you can make out like a bandit.

Before the store transition, I'd just get packages from them a day before the game released and then I'd receive a tracking email like a week later, so I got used to being surprised. The new pay up front thing is what really pisses me off.

Got a shipping notification for my Persona 3 Reload CE from Gamestop, so hopefully that doesn't arrive damaged. Very excited to get a mediocre Aigis statue lol but no for real, I can't wait.
 
Gamestop shipped my Persona 3 CE last night but there is some weird glitch where I can't receive emails from them anymore. I wish their site wasn't so buggy.
 
Got my Gamestop P3R CE today in perfect condition! The figure is so small and light (and I have very small hands lol), though the artbook is bigger than I thought it'd be. I'm very happy to get it for $60. $200 was an absolute ripoff for this.

All honesty I was a little bummed out missing but after seeing more of the figure it's safe to say I don't regret missing out

was disappointed it was pretty small but I pre ordered it for I think $130. $200 is a rip off. I loved the game and would even probably give it a 9/10. Like it muuuuuuch more than p5r (which Im not even close to finishing) cuz the hud, and everything just doesn't look as simple/clean/easy on the eyes compared to P3R.

Funny thing is this just happened to me with my Daybreak CE. Got the item in the mail on release day, and then have gotten 2 separate emails from NIS (One from fulfillment/Shipping, and one from customer service) about my item being shipped...which I already received.

The pay up front thing really does irk me, but I at least have the option of a pay-in-4 if I want to (Not sure if other ppl have that freedom)

Same for me, the item was already delivered by the time I got the first email with an incorrect tracking (it was like the first 4-5 #s looked legit and then a bunch of zeros) and like 4 days after I received it, I got the actual tracking #.

There's 0 reason these companies should be charging us in advance. If you have my money in advance and I don't have anything to show for it, then you're basically asking me for a loan. It's a bullshit practice.

The only thing that's been consistent with NISA and hasn't degraded over the years is the packaging- they still wrap everything in high quality bubble wrap and uses sturdy boxes.
 
Seriously has anyone else had their Baldur's Gate 3 copy sitting at label created on the tracking? It's been 10 days since I got the FedEx tracking number and it just says label created and waiting for package.

Mine was relatively quick from when the label was created to when I received it: July 8th was when I got the email, July 12th was when it arrived.

I keep contacting Larian and they keep telling me FedEx likely hasn't updated their tracking even after I talked to FedEx and they told me they never got it. This is some BS Larian.

I've funded like 10 KS over the years, but that's different- the idea behind KS to back something that needs $x amount of funding to be made. NISA, VGP, etc. are stores that are selling goods that are already being made whether or not I give them my money; they shouldn't be able to pre-charge me for it AND call themselves a store.

Just wanted to give a little update. I got mine yesterday, it was shipped out on the 23rd but the tracking did not update at all until it got to my local FedEx office.

Yeah just seen mine finally was handed to them. Larian replied to me saying they investigated and found a bunch that hadn't been shipped or something or another.
 
got my copy of BG3. the shipping box was completely destroyed, but the game itself looks okay-ish. some minor scuffing, but probably not significant enough to deal with getting a replacement
 
Also, the Deluxe is $20 more and comes with nothing but DLC that gives you armor skins. In comparison, The Talos Principle 2 DLC that came out a couple months ago was $20 and it gave you like 100 new puzzles and like 20 hours of additional gameplay.
