What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I would have been pissed and bummed out if my "good" vita arrived like that. Thankfully, it only arrived with a slight scratch.

just gt my refurbished kindle fire ... its new so for 139.00 is was an amazing deal I also got Kindle Fire Genuine Leather Cover by Marware, for 10.13 and it was new as well

I bought one like new from Nextworth a few weeks back for $21.79 but it was destroyed, never seen it less than $28 from AWD.

Great game too. IMO it was the best one in the series.
 
Got my like-new Vita. It looked like it was brand-new, but the welcome video never popped upon start up. I guess it wasn't brand-new. Anyway, it looks flawless and I'm impressed with the device so far. My left hand kind of cramps while using it, though. Guess I gotta get used to it.

I would be mad as hell if they sent me that. They shouldn't have that one listed at all. That's BS.

Thanks for posting the appropriate link. Yeah, I'm pretty unhappy it didn't come in at least WORKING condition (I mean, I could have dealt with a few scratches for $162), but on the bright side, it happened with Amazon. I contacted Customer Service to see if maybe they'd throw me a bone, but all they did was link me to the return label. The rep didn't even look at the video I linked them to. And yeah, a full refund is nice, but having to sit here and wait to get that money back with no compensation kind of sucks. Wish I could have gotten one of those generous C.S. reps like you guys. :p

Oh, and I just want to mention I'll stay on the lookout for another "Good" Vita. I'm going to put "JC" on the inside of the box and manuals, and record a video of their locations. That way if one of you guys gets a dysfunctional Vita, you can check a few places to see if (God forbid) Amazon shipped it out again.

Have you tried performing the hard reset? My vita had some strange issues like that when i first had it before they released a firmware update.

You just need to hold the power button on the top for about 30-40 seconds. The discoloration on the screen is a result of the OLED manufacturing process and all of them look like that.
 
anybody having problems with their vitas memory card? i can't seem to install anything on an 8gb card. keeps giving me an error code. Don't know if its the damm system or the memory card.

Nope, my 8GB card works fine. Inserted and the Vita informed me i would need to restart the system for it to be useable. Restarted and has been working fine since.


Are you trying to add movies/music or is it with PSN downloads too?

I don't have anything to lose. I'll give it a shot. There's more of an issue with the fact that I can't see anything on the screen. The discoloration thing only happened once.

EDIT: No dice. Screen still doesn't show anything. :/ I guess I'll ship it back first thing Monday morning. And when I get the credit back, back to Good Vita hunting it is! Thanks for all the help, everyone. :]

I remember mine says something like its connected to my psn so i cant access it if i dont have my psn log in. Try formatting it?

Yes i have tried downloading demos through psn, and it still keeps giving me an error code, and when i tried to reformat the memory, a window pops up saying "could not format". I recently brought the card, won't even let me install rayman origins. i have tried restoring the system many times. but still same results.

I needed to plug mine into power and charge a little before it would start, but once charged up it was fine.

Just a thought...

The package arrived this afternoon, and you are exactly right - the Xbox 360 outer box was scuffed and dented, but the contents were new and factory sealed. I hooked it up and it's downloading the updates right now. I'm thrilled! I haven't tried the kinect or any games yet and I'll post an update if anything goes wrong, but right now I think I got a great deal.

My like new vita came today. The box was opened and there were some minor fingerprints. But everything was neatly in the box. Still in bags so whoever returned it made sure everything was pretty. Looks flawless otherwise and works perfectly. This was a phenomenal purchase.

That's what i've been thinking all day. I got $100 for it if it gets to that =). I spent $53 on this one and got $10 back .. damn could have been 3 warehouse games. :lol:
