What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

That and I don't let her have Disney. Was trying to get the BF4 beta to work since it keeps crashing after they "patched it" and now it causes a memory leak.

Bestbuy has some seriously awesome perks. My buddy basically gets a ton of discounts/wholesale prices and on top of that he said they get $10 for every good survey people submit on him. He basically gets his games and consoles through surveys alone. He also knows everything to know about BBY which is why I try to go and trade and things of that sort when he is there. Since everyone else is clueless.

Well I'm sure that anything that happens will happen while I'm trying to figure out why everything has gone back to preparing for shipment except Deadpool PS3 which also shows it charging $19.30 to the CC despite having updated that to credit, it showing as pending in account balance and having the correct available balance with it taken out.

Well the $10 per good survey is almost certainly something that just that store or district is doing to get them up since the managers are judged partially on the aggregate of that metric. I know around here that raises are almost entirely determined by survey scores now.

Thats what my friend told me. And I trust him. Plus he always tells me to fill out the survey when he helps me out. Lol. I doubt its for no reason.

He also rubbed it in my face that he gets half off Microsoft points. Or at least he used to. I dont know if that changed with Microsoft points no longer in existence.

I'm not a GS employee, but I'm pretty sure they get more or less hours based on surveys along with promotions. Preorders, PUR Pro subs, and disc protection are also a factor in hours and promotions. The Gamestop I frequent has a board in the back room that tracks these things for each employee.

That survey thing is YMMV and per district or store most likely. My store doesn't do that.

The only way he would get half off Microsoft points is through expertzone.

As for the surveys at GS it helps to earn more hours.  I dont know about your friend that works at BB but, that sounds like something they are doing just in your area.  My cousin works for geek squad she said they dont get to great of a discount and it doesnt apply to the gaming area.  I know a CEO at BB hes a close friend Im gonna have to ask him about that.

I dont want to spread bad information. But it probably depends on the financial status of every store. I know the one back home for me is struggling number wise and with their financial status. The one where I am at and frequent now is a college town and they supposedly get really good sale numbers. So maybe they have more leeway with finances.

I love BBY and GS. Dont understand the hate for them. They both have their strong points. Even before CAG I have always bought anything electronic from BBY. Since Ive joined CAG though GS and Amazon joined my purchasing trio. Those are pretty much the only places I buy electronics from. Im just going to stop with this conversation though as I dont want to go OT since it pisses people off here. :bouncy:

Does anyone know how fast the employees get their surveys? The one manager at one of my Gamestop stores is fantastic and I left him a great survey once, but he said he never received it. I left him another one a month later and he told me again that he never heard about it (but he said he got a bad one from another disgruntled customer who always causes a problem at the store... do they only hear about the negative surveys or some shit?)

That's how most retail operates and good is considered almost worthless. People wonder why good customer service is almost extinct but the people who do those jobs aren't rewarded for that at most places.

i mostly shop between staples, amazon,bestbuy, gs. i avoid toysrus (after that one horrible experience with them), walmart, and target is too far away from me to make any discount with it. It has become pointless since bestbuy has officially started to pricematching them
 
I was a Best Buy employee for 8 months, I'm not sure how it works at gamestop. But at bestbuy there is a separate bonus that depends on the amount of surveys you get. It boils down to about $4-5 per survey before taxes. I used to get on average $60 to $100(the last two months I worked) a month based on that bonus alone, before taxes of course.

This, there's only one real good employee at my closest store anymore, and I think he quit not too long ago. I've been wanting to get a job there because I feel like I can do the job the way it should be done. Unfortunately, Best Buy doesn't feel the same way. I've interviewed twice, both times I got to the second interview, and this last time I got called on Sunday and I called them back and instead of them calling me back later, they sent me an e-mail saying that they don't want to move forward with my application... Oh well, their loss.
