What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Vigilante first noticed the cheap Wii Us on October 4th (approaching one month anniversary of my Wii U) and they have been popping up at that price ever since for all conditions.

I was wondering if CAGs that frequent this thread could help me out here. I picked up a "Like New" Vita from the Warehouse for $149.00. It was $1.00 under my buy price but then that buyer's remorse started kicking in after I saw sellers on ebay are trying to dump their Vitas for similar or lower prices with memory cards and games included. Did I chance on a decent deal here with this Vita or is the $149 the going price?


Then with BF being around the corner...I'm so conflicted.

$149 is the going rate for the like new ones and can range between $118 (acceptable) to $148.xx. You can wait on BFday ad leaks and see if any better deals pop up before taking the plunge. I say hold off for now. It is a decent deal but chances are better deals are abound with the holidays.

Eh, you might have gotten a better deal/bundle if you had gone the eBay/CL/BF route. But if you've been wanting a Vita and intend to use it... Well, you can make up some savings by getting PS+ and all your physical copies from AWD.

I paid $165 for mine a few months ago. No regrets. It's allowede to see the PSP library, which I totally missed the first time around.
 
Yeah, I also have a feeling that Amazon might do another BF sale on the Vita again this year. But bird in the hand and all that. So I'll let the order go through, leave the Vita untouched in its box, and make the call after BF to return or keep. Ebay does have better to similar prices, especially since its tax free, but at least with Amazon I don't have to go through the whole establishing if the seller's "Like New" condition is actually "Like New".



Tying up $149 for a month in order to get the best deal possible..what has this place done to me?

Yeah, I've been sitting on Virtue's Last Reward and Muramasa for months, dying to play them but couldn't find a Vita at my buy price till now.

Yeah the posting said it came with the game and it did in great shape, it also had all cables and stands. There shouldn't be any profiles on it when you get it but if there is erase and start your own. If the previous owner hadn't linked it with with their club nintendo account you can link it with yours and get the points etc. That is the only thing that can happen once other than that you can create profiles no problem.

That's the cheapest I've personally ever seen one. Well worth that price IMHO. Sadly, I purchased mine at full price :'(

I personally find it pretty fun, I do not use it regularly at all, but when I do, I have a blast with it.

They will be 19.99 used at gamestop on black friday, so if you can find one in decent condition I would go that route.

Thanks. I'm getting the XBone so my only real use is if they offer Kinect only games as free with GWG down the road as I've said. Appreciated.

I have a GS account with some points on it. Don't know if its 500 but looking at the deal, I can't say I really want to bite since GS return policy for used items is seven days. So that means I'm locked in and can't maneuver to a BF bundle, if one does show up. Thanks for the heads up on it though, spent the last 20 minutes reading the GS thread and the CAGs are in a frenzy with the deals they're getting off that coupon :lol: .

Yeah, I'll most likely be getting PS+ once I wrap up these two games. I already have P4 on the PS2, unplayed, but if Vita fever hits me..I'll probaly end up getting every game I already own on the Vita again with the lame excuse of "I'm saving electricity and and and stuff by doing this."

If you don't care about Kinect Adventures, Gamestop will have Refurbs for $20 Black Friday, $25 if you need the AC Adapter.

Plus they should be eligible for the Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale, so that makes them even cheaper.

Additionally Kinect Adventures is only 99 cents at Gamestop.

My (G) 3ds XL for $125 just got canceled. Thats the 2nd time I've had a XL canceled. Wonder if I should contact CS and see if they could do anything.

I would. Once is understandable. Twice... maybe they can throw you a bone or something.

I had an item - the Move Sharpshooter - cancelled on me once a while back and it was immediately back up for twice the price I had ordered it for with like... ten of them in stock. I think I had ordered it for like $14 or something when it was still going for $30 used. I called them up and they were like, "Yeah, that makes no sense" and gave me credit to cover the difference in price. Which I actually didn't expect them to do for an AWD item but hey.

Long story short: no harm in giving them a call.

Last week i bought a used vita memory card. 2 days later, its was cancelled due to none in stock. I had seen The same card pop up twice after i ordered it. I chatted with CS and after he told me why it was cancelled, i asked why it took 2 days to notify me and that i could have bought the 2 other cards that popped up on AWD after my initial order.

He then said to buy a new one directly from amazon and he would change the price to what i had paid for the awd one. I got a brand new 16gb card for about $20

Some lucky sob is going to get one for a ridiculously low price I'd guess. There probably won't be many until next year though and when they do pop up obviously they're going to go like lightning. I'll probably be pissed when someone posts something like "grabbed a Good PS4 for $294"!!

I know, I'm really excited for the PS4. I can't wait to play BF4 with my friends. Finally I can play with friends together instead of struggling to get our squad together in a 12v12. 32v32 is going to be glorious!

Are the warehouse prices also driven by 3rd party Amazon marketplace prices? Whenever rare stuff like Earthbound pops up, the Amazon Warehouse price is like $130.

If that is due to marketplace prices, I wouldn't be surprised if Warehouse PS4s are higher than MSRP, at least for the first couple months. I imagine there will be a bunch of marketplace sellers pricing their consoles over MSRP if demand > supply.

 
Still can't decide if I want to keep my launch PS4 preorder. The Amazon 5% cash back makes it $396. Either a ps4 or new graphics card for my PC

I'm assuming he means either a Discover or Chase Freedom card; both have deals this quarter that offer 5% cashback on all amazon purchases (Discover on all online purchases, Chase Freedom on Amazon specifically). Though 5% would be $20, not $4, so maybe he's talking about something else.

Just picked one up for the same price. Might still be one left; said there were two when I checked out, and the offer still seems to be there.

Says it may not include cover/manual/case, but at that price I don't even care if it's disc only.

It'll be interesting to see if the reason that downgraded that copy was for a lack of manual (even though it doesn't come with one).

 
My Project Diva F has been in a holding pattern since I ordered it on 10/31. Amazon keeps telling me it's aligned for shipping but the item isn't actually shipping out. It's very unlike amazon for this to happened so I'm a bit worried it's a logistics issue and the item isn't actually there.

In fact, the chat agent got snippy with me because I was questioning how an item can be "available" on warehouse deals yet ship after other warehouse deals I had ordered at a later date. There's just something that doesn't add up with a warehouse order placed on Saturday shipping before one placed on Thursday morning.

I just picked up Tales of Xillia. I hope it comes with the case and game. Usually though PS3 copies are good so I am hoping it comes in okay. Good catch Vigilante.

Technically, yes--I was able to find a Trade 2 title for GS for a good price, so I paired my personal copy of ToX (disc-only) with it--trading both in yesterday--while looking for an inexpensive replacement. As I mentioned in a prior post here, I've been regularly playing it on Saturday nights, so I had hoped to replace it before the end of the week.
 
Messed up my Amazon trade-in for the DS4 promo. I sent it in with the wrong version of Virtue's Last Reward on it by mistake. I did the 3DS version instead of Vita. I also purposely downgraded two of the games to make sure it got accepted and I got boned because altogether it wouldn't add up to $30 even if Amazon fixed the VLR mistake. I want to cry :(

I wouldn't be at all surprised if that's the reason, since an Acceptable copy of The Last of Us I ordered last week came with the original case (though the UPC had a slight gash through it) and a "Missing Items" sticker on the back, despite it not actually missing anything.
