I ordered on Sat with the $5 shippin cause I ordered a lot and didnt feel like waiting. Well the site says its still open. I called them up today and they said it was going to be shipped out today. Havent heard anything about that yet though, on the bright side they are going to refund my 5 bucks and still sendiing it in 3-5 days. So i am curious if anyone else's order shipped yet?

If in wrong forum mods feel free to move.

Same thing happened with me, except when I called I didn't get free shipping, if it hasn't shipped by tomorrow I'm going to call back and try to get free shipping.

I told them that I wanted to get it by a deadline so I picked the quicker shipping. The problem is that it was true, I did want it by a certain time. I just hope it gets to me in time.
 
I can't even access my account for some reason, and I've tried to get my password mailed to me 3 times now to no avail.

On an upnote it DOES say it shipped, but I want to check!!!

EDIT: Nevermind. Finally got PW, turns out mine was a letter to long and they didn't tell me it cut off the last character.

Ordered mine on Saturday, shipped out on Monday. I used free shipping, so I don't think I'll get my DVDs till next Monday.
 
I placed my order on Sat, and they shipped monday

Certain times I seem to wait longer than others, mostly it takes around 4 days for me
 
Ordered Saturday, shipped Monday. According to the order status, it should arrive between the 25th and the 30th, but I'm hoping it's sooner than that. Amazon always says that, too, and I get my stuff way sooner.

I hate that. Websites should tell you their password rules on the login page.
 
I ordered on Monday and it shipped out on Tuesday with the free shipping.

Anybody had trouble sending their wish lists to people? Thus far no one I've sent it to has gotten an email.
 
I ordered mine last night and they haven't shipped yet, I'm just hoping to have them by Christmas since DDD isnt exactly known for their speed.
 
Mine after ordering on Monday shipped today... I'm willing to be they are just overwhelmed with orders at the moment..... uless you believe they hired a bunch of extra staff for just this week.


Anybody know where they dispatch the orders from?
 
I ordered mine Sunday Night...My order shipped this afternoon.

No complaints. I was expecting it to be slow.
 
Most of my first order arrived today.

Edit: They messed up part of the order. I received somebody's "Dream On" Seasons 1 & 2. Did one of you get my "Kids in the Hall" First Season and softcore porn? :roll:

lol...unfortunately on....but out of the 3 orders that i made....all of one was shipped and some of another was shipped, all in the same box....the box had to weigh at least 50 lbs....the only dvds that didn't show and are listed as shipped on the website are Lisa Lampanelli - Queen of Mean & Daylight...

I ordered sunday and got mine this afternoon. I can't complain 2-5 business days they nailed it in 4. The second order I did the free shipping, that I usually give them about 2 weeks.

Did you do the free shipping and if so what date did you place your order and when was it shipped?

The reason Im asking is that Im not sure whether to put my home address or my college address. Im going home next week, so I wont be at my college and the postman just leaves the packages in front of my apt door. But if they end up bit coming thanksgiving week then Id have to wait til christmas break to watch my dvds since theyd be back home.

For anyone who has dealt with DDD alot, how quickly does the standard shipping come, is it really 5-10 business days. Ive only ordered once before from them, and my dvd ended up coming earlier than their estimated time of arrival.
 
When you do the Free shipping do they package it as well as the next level up or do they just stick everything in padded Envalopes(spelling) and ship it Media Mail?
 
I ordered 7 DVDs on Monday, and got shipping confirmation Tuesday. I ordered another one yesterday, haven't got conformation yet. All with the free ship option.

Mine finally shipped, a WEEK after I placed the order. ??? Go figure.
Isn't it Murphy's Law....the DAY AFTER the sale ended I remembered I wanted to pick up "Fletch Lives"!!! Argggggh!! It never fails.
 
Yea, I got an incorrect DVD too.

What is everyone else doing about it? I e-mailed them but not expecting an answer for a day or too.

Oh well, can't argue with the prices.
 
I ordered mine on the 20th of November.

So how long would it take to get here, using Free Shipping.

I don't mind waiting, it just worries me something might happen to my expensive shipment. I ordered over $300 in DVDs.
 
my kill bill v1 shipped on the 27th and im expecting it to come this friday, elf however is still on backorder... it's ok i ordered it for like 13 something so i can wait, they'll prolly ship it tommorow since it's tuesday and that's when they get their restock of dvd's

Sad thing is,... I've already watched all 8 of my movies, but 1.

I ordered mine on the last day you could, and woohoo! They arrived today. Looks like I'll be watching some movies like crazy wednesday night, and this weekend assuming I get a chance. Although, one of my movies was back-ordered, but according to DDDvd it should ship tomorrow (Dec 1st) so that's good news for me.

The Dead Zone Season Two box is a bit damaged, but nothing too bad. Everything else is great. Except does anybody know if the Dead Zone Season One is supposed to have a box to slide the set into like Season Two? Also, does anybody know how to get the bonus DVD that the Season One box has a space for?

the order confirmation says it will take about 1 1/2-3 weeks to ship the dvd, is this common or does it come in about 4 or 5 days
