Do I have to be a Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked] member to qualify?
Yes, in order to qualify for the promotion customers must be a Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked] member at the time the pre-order is picked up or shipped.

If I am not a member of the Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked], how do I join?
You can only sign up for Gamer’s Club [Unlocked] in store. If you are signing up the day you pick up an eligible pre-order, the pre-order exchange and [Unlocked] sale must be completed on the same receipt.

Is this offer available for both in-store and BestBuy.com purchases?
Yes! Pre-orders and purchases placed both in-store and on BestBuy.com qualify.

Does it count on all editions of the game?
The offer is applicable on all Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game such as special editions, limited editions, collector’s editions, etc. (subject to availability). PC, Wii, or any other platform of any of the titles does not qualify as a purchase towards this promotion.

Can I purchase multiple of the same title and still qualify for the promotion?
You can only receive one $20 certificate for each individual title, regardless of version or platform.

There are twelve titles on this list. Can I get 12 $20 certificates if I pre-order and purchase all of them?
Yes! With this offer, members are eligible for up to 12,000 Bonus Reward Zone points if they pre-order and purchase all games.

How do I link my Reward Zone account to my BestBuy.com account to ensure my purchases are tracked?
Check out this handy post by Kyle-BBY with instructions on how to do so.

How long does this promotion run?
The promotion will end 7 days after the last game is released.

When will I get my certificates?
Reward Zone Gamers Club [Unlocked] members will receive their $20 certificate approximately 30 days from the date of pick up or shipping of each title as it is released.

Will I still receive my regular RZ points for making the purchases?
Yes, customers will still receive everyday points per the Reward Zone program rules.

Am I still eligible for all additional offers that might be available for the new games such as DLCs or free merchandise?
Yes, customers are still eligible for additional offers they may come available with these new releases.

If I return any of the games, will I still be eligible?
Any game returned will be disqualified for that title’s $20 certificate offer.

If I pre-order and/or purchase any of the above listed games using a Best Buy gift card or Reward Zone certificates, will they count as a valid pre-order and purchase towards the $20 bonus certificate?
Yes. A pre-order and/or purchase with a Best Buy gift card or Reward Zone certificates will count as an eligible purchase toward the $20 bonus certificate offer. The Reward Zone program rules regarding earning points when a gift card or certificate is used still apply.

If I find a lower price on the game will Best Buy price match?
Yes! Best Buy has a price match guarantee which can be found here.

If I receive a price match from an in-store or BestBuy.com purchased game, will I still qualify for the $20 bonus certificate?
Yes. A price match done in-store or on BestBuy.com within policy will not affect your eligibility for the $20 bonus certificate.
$20 Reward Zone Gamer's Club Unlocked for Dummies

1) You will not get your $20 RZ until around the 30-35 day mark (after purchase). Stop worrying about it until that point.
2) The RZ website is far from accurate. Proof in point, the RZ silver bar. Again, see #1. Patience is a virtue.

What does this mean on a purchase?
- RZGC UNLOCKED PO 10 DISCOUNT - Your 10% discount for Pre Owned Games. This will show up for ANY purchase (gaming or not) as long as you are Gamer's Club Unlocked.
- PS-(system)-(game) i.e. PS-X360-RESIDENT EVIL 6 - This is your preorder being deducted from the purchase of the game.

Preorder DLC Bonus - You need to have an email address associated to your Reward Zone account. This is the email address they will send your DLC code to. It typicially can take a day to obtain this. Potentially up to a week. Note your luck of getting this by the time you get home is a crapshoot. Wait a week and then call customer service if you haven't received.

FOR YOUR POINTS...
If your physical receipt shows like below, you should get your $20RZ preorder bonus.

EXCHANGE

Original Tran (Cust Serv Pin) Date

Return Items
Pre-order SKU PS-(system)-(game) 5.00-

Sale Items
SKU Name of Game for above 59.99

The complaining about these points/DLC need to die down. Come on guys/gals...

Great a another CAG buying FIFA! Hopefully we get a chance to PM soon.

FIFA no question.

That's my must have sports title of the year.

I would say FIFA too, but a lot of my European coworkers play PES only.

what about the learning curve, is it newb friendly?

My copy of Fifa shipped on Thursday. The transaction already shows up in my account, bonus points and all. All points are ready to use, too.

If you are newb in the sense that you don't watch or play football, you will be destroyed...otherwise the controls are intuitive and easy to learn.

I would say that FIFA is so packed full of features that a beginner would be able to practice and become pretty good in a short time.

They'll still get crushed online but that's a whole different animal, for the single player portions the average player should be able to get up to speed pretty quickly.

I can't believe no where has any sort of deal/coupon offer for DoA 5. Saw it in 0 ads this weekend. Kind of a bummer. I'll wait for reviews since there's not a demo yet (after the NG3 reviews I'm not sure about blindly buying now that Itagaki is gone) before ordering anywhere. Or I might just grab my first FIFA ever. Still not sure.

I would be able to pre-order up to around midnight Monday night and still be good for the offer, right?

Anyone having problems with any preorder mixups or points should go to their local store. Calling the 1800 number is useless and they will not help you. In most cases sending any PMs on BBY forums will not help you.

I went into store and the guys printed out the proper DLC and they gave me the game for 40.

thanks, i am only interested in the single player portion for this game. i only play a few multiplayer online game for the ps3.

Not sure if I should get re6 anthology. Only RE game I own is 5. I have a feeling the price will drop soon on anthology. I also got burned by Capcom......too many times. Especially with MVC3

I don't know a thing about soccer except for your mom gets the team ice cream after the game.. Downloaded the early release and been playing the ass out if it.

I've played it a few times at a friends house but never actually bought a soccer game ever. You might not be great online not understanding stuff but it's still fun.
Nope. "Contributors to Pitch In Cards may not use Best Buy Reward Zone certificates or digital coupons to add funds to a Pitch In Card."

Using a RZ Cert on a Pitch-in card is sort of a waste anyhow.
With a RZ cert you don't have to pay tax on the amount used.
Since putting in funds in a pitch-in card is the same as buying a gift card...you wouldn't be paying tax anyway.

On the first page it states that you have a 7 days to pick up a pre order, in this case it's borderlands 2. On my receipt it says I have 5 days to pick it up. Release date was 9/18 it says I have until 9/23. Any one know how long you actually have? Thanks in advance.

all i know is if you preordered in store, you have 5 days.
I wanted to throw this question out there. If I purchase Gamers Unlock Subscription and Borderlands 2, Do I still qualify for the $20 gift cert?
no, you are too late. you had to have purchase gamer unlock sub before preordering the game to qualify for the $20.

Ok thanks, I guess I'm sol. I was going to pick it up tomorrow, oh well.

Thank you so much for that response. I just believe I had a chance to get the cert since the game dropped this week and I read somewhere about being able to qualify within 5 days of street date. In that case I will purchase Dishonored and use that $20 Gift Cert towards Fifa 13.
Ok thanks, I guess I'm sol. I was going to pick it up tomorrow, oh well.
why can't you pick it up today? today is suppose to be your last day to pick up

basically, you have to preorder the games you want, and be a unlocked gamers member before the release date of the game to qualify for the $20

Have your wife pick up the game for you as an anniversary gift! Lol

Are we allowed to purchase 2 pre-orders on the same receipt?

The reason I ask is because someone mentioned in the Sleeping Dogs thread that the B2G1 free new games in the welcome packet work for $60 titles as long as 1 of the 3 titles are under $40. So I was thinking of pre-ordering NBA 2k13 and Resident Evil 6 together then when I pick it up purchase it along with the Kirby Collection and still qualify for the $20 certificates.

Anyone thinks that would work if the coupon works as mentioned?

you do realize nba 2k13 and re 6 has not yet being released right? you cannot use the coupon on preorders

Hypothetical question yo.

@Boogie4114
Mmm if NBA and RE6 are released same week right?
It's possible it's just a matter of whether your cashier can treat both pre-orders as an exchange on the same receipt (in order to utilize the coupon) and not a return (screws with youe $20 reward cert)

I haven't pre-ordered multiple items in one pick up so I don't know how they process it.
When I picked up my BL2 pre-order with some flash drives they made me do my pre-order separate for some reason.
So preorders with purchase might not make it eligible.

I just recalled that Enuf mentioned awhile back that you only have to fulfill the pre-order and purchase within the time frame and this worked with NCAA 13 with no problem. With NCAA I pre-ordered in-store but I fulfilled the purchase online with store pick-up and got the $20 with no issues so I think I will do the same except purchase the 3 titles when they come out with Kirby since I will have fulfilled both parts of the promotion.
thanks, i am only interested in the single player portion for this game. i only play a few multiplayer online game for the ps3.
I mainly do single player too, there's so much to do in this year's FIFA that it'll not only teach you how to play the game by bringing you up to speed gradually but then once you become good there's a ton of game modes to choose from.

Let me know how that works out for you.

I recall talking if this bonus is per title or per console but I don't feel like going through a hundred pages to find this.

It's per title right?

While FIFA's single player modes is really solid, i think that their online game modes is superior especially head to head. I'm not a big fan of ultimate team. If you are a newbie, you'll be destroyed at first but you'll gradually improve over time.

With that said anyone who plays FIFA feel free to add me on PSN, my id is darrenaw9. Just let me know you're from CAG.
If you preorder a game on both 360 and PS3, I believe you only get credit for one of the games.
Oh okay, so I'll pick up COD:BO2 for the Xbox later down the line then.

I think they did it to make it easier on themselves. If both games are preordered, they might have a more difficult of a time doing it, but I imagine that you would be okay. If you preordered both on the same receipt, you'd probably have a better shot.
PES:2013 ($10 GC) and XCOM: Enemy Unknown ($15 GC) are getting gift card promos. Check OP for links to promotion.
Hot damn, I was really looking for a promo on XCOM. I was actually getting a little nervous for XCOM since I hadn't seen an ads for the game, but GS has those huge cardboard placeholders advertising it in their stores and now this. Looks like I'm getting all of this season's games from BBY. Good show Best Buy :applause::applause: Hope they can sustain this level of hot deals :hot:

The reason why NCAA 13 worked is cause you basically pre-ordered online not cause of timeframe. If you use the same logic, you would need to do 2 pre-orders online for in-store pickup and not be able to use that welcome coupon of yours since it does not work with online orders.

I never buy 2 $60 games in one day so I'm not sure if that B2G1 coupon will work for you while allowing you the $20 RZ cert for each game. The roadblocks are probably getting them all on the same EXCHANGE receipt and not having the B2G1 Free package discount void your pre-orders due to combining more than one offer at once. Good luck though if you want to try.

Just noticed the X-Com $15 gift card promotion today. I had already decided that I was going to pay $60 and get it on day one anyway, just because I want it so damn bad, so the gift card is great news.

Looks like just X-Com, Fifa, RE 6 Archives, and Dishonored for me. Still, it's a good haul and the $60 in RZ certs plus $15 gift card makes it all even better.
