Not that I want to add any fuel to the fire, though I think people might want to start moving their GS preorders to Amazon or someone else, if they don't have the artbook listed in their order details:

If Gamestop has been sold out of the art book for 2-3 weeks, why is it still showing it visible on the product page as a pre-order bonus at this moment? Even though it is "while supplies last", if Gamestop doesn't have it, why are they advertising it? Wouldn't that be bait-and-switch or some other deceptive advertisement?
Would it be a safe assumption that if my order details do not show the art book as an item for the order, I will not be receiving it?
