Yeah it's pretty much luck if you get a cashier lax enough to manually override it. I tried purchasing another movie yesterday but got shot down with the same response.
 
Yeah, unfortunately it really depends. I was worried myself, but luckily yesterday I was able to get The Thing at BB for $5. The cashier was nice, barely looked at the coupon and took it without question. Also scored The Last Starfighter combo at BJ's for $9.99. I love these coupons. Of course my wallet starts hurtin every time 1 of these pops up.

I have two target rain checks for Pirates of the Caribbean movies curse of the black pearl and Dead mans chest each good for qty 2 that are good till 5/12/10 at any Target store . If a Cag who frequents this thread would like one or both just post in here and I'll pm for your address and ship out to you (combined with the upgrade to blu coupon if you have it, you could score x2 copies of each for total $20). I also have an extra Pirates at worlds end coupon its already printed out though that expires on 5/9/2010 that I will mail someone too if wanted, same deal.
So to reiterate the process as follows- post 'hey I want that' I will pm you for your addy and drop it in the mail tomorrow. NO PMS asking for it please.

Hey, when the Toys R Us deal was live at Toys R Us, I bought the movies (but in the DVD cases)

Am I screwed on trying to exchange these for ones in the blu-ray cases? I was in Best Buy and compared the UPCs between the two versions-- they're different. What can I do? Hope TRU gets Blu Ray versions in and hope they let me do an exchange?

I switched a set last week.
Brought in both sealed DVD version with receipt.
It took two attempts but went through and somehow he gave me back $3??? I told him repeatedly that wasn't right ...but he insisted ... and he was a supervisor ...
 
I just came home from Costco and they had some Blu-Ray 2-packs best one I seen was Fight Club & Transporter but on the front it said $5 dollar coupon for Avatar Blu-Ray or DVD.

I tried printing coupon twice, once from my account then my wife's, but it didn't work! So I guess it does work as OP explained cuz it wouldn't print anything out!!!

True, but if you use that $10 coupon on the blu-ray version only, it'll come out to 12 bucks or so, and at least you'll get a $5 giftcard. Therefore, in reality, you only pay $7, or 8$ if my math is correct. lol.

Yeah, but you have to buy the movie plus one of the other listed Alice items. I suppose if you got the Soundtrack you'd get a few more DMR Points.
 
Another one of those $5 dollar coupons from Blockbuster showed up in my INbox today, does anyone know if they stack with the 10 dollar coupon like they did for PatF at ToysRUs?

Are the $10 Toy Story coupons still available? I entered the UPC's on the DMR website and it said it was the Toy Story Upgrade, but it didn't give me a coupon.
