I think 360 fanboys are looking for reasons to justify their 10 dollars extra, give me a real reason besides "teh achivements"
The forced online authentication to install the game is a pretty big reason to avoid buying the PC version for me. I really don't trust 2K Games to keep those servers up indefinitely, and the last thing I'd want to do is try play the game a few years down the road only to find that my $50 disc is now a coaster. Especially considering what happened to a game like System Shock 2, the official website for it wasn't even up anymore a year after the game is out. Plus, while the Xbox 360 version does cost $10 more, the possibility of online authentication blocking the ability to resell it makes that cost much easier to swallow (not that I'd ever see myself selling the game, but I can definitely see some people buying it and not getting what they were expecting).
Also, the "better" controls with a keyboard and mouse is debatable, because more accurate =/= more fun. Sometimes it's nice to sit back and relax with a controller instead of having to hunch over a desk. Using a mouse may be more accurate, but which control system you enjoy more is entirely a matter of preference. Although since the PC version will presumably have Xbox 360 controller support, debate about which method of control is better is rather moot anyway.
Although you do raise an interesting question: if the Wii controller eventually reaches the point where it's superior to using a keyboard and mouse for FPS games, would PC gamers bragging about having more accuracy from a mouse all move over to the Wii?
