All I know is, I will be able to experience the wonders of Kinect without having to pay for it. Kinectimals GOTY honorable mention!
manthing, let's team up when our copies of LBP2 come and make a GGT game where all you do is sit on the computer, complain and talk about lawyering instead of playing an ever-increasing stack of games that piles up in the background. You lose if the stack of games collapses and buries you or if your Bitterness Meter gets too high, and you don't win ever.
Sure thing.

And if you lose the game, you bet BANNED from PSN without explanation.

Except for whoknows, it's been involved in too many attempted rapes in HOME, so there's cause for it.

why is your girflfriend going to a cookie exchange every year seanbeanr? dem cookies gonna add up next year she'll need a gym a kinect another kinect

He can't. He doesn't have a PS3.

My Bitterness Meter is almost filled. :bouncy:

Man, nothing pisses me off more than gross desert foods. It's like, you completely sabotaged the greatness that is desert with some gross ass bullshit concoction, you dumbass bitch. Nobody wants your goddamn fruitcake or rock hard flavorless "cookies". :bomb:

Skittlez!!

Loving NFS Hot Pursuit so far, though I wish shortcuts and streets that are blocked during the race weren't shown on the mini-map so I know what's going on a little earlier. They did a great job on the weather/night visuals.

Doritos Crash Course is pretty good for a free game, as it's like if the Wipeout game was actually a well made game. Needs a way to grab onto ledges if you don't nail a jump though.

Cookie Exchanges always seem to be like that. I'm pretty sure they exist for fat and lazy people with no baking skills to get delicious cookies from those with talent.
I'm having more fun with DCUO than I have with any other MMO. Even with the glitches it's like a constant wet dream for me.
really? i hope they patch it a bit soon. plays like a bad western developed action game at this point to me.
really? i hope they patch it a bit soon. plays like a bad western developed action game at this point to me.
I hope they patch it, too, I've been having a lot of noise glitches and a lot of cheap deaths, but otherwise, yeah, I'm LOVING it. It makes me seriously want to buy it and pay the subscription when it comes out.
You guys playing DCUO all being heroes?
Yep! I'm playing in Gotham PVE and my hero is a guy named Curtain Call.

Cool. I'll let you know.

And good to hear the game is fun, I've been super hyped for it. Only MMO I've ever really cared about. Mainly because I really like the DC Universe.

The menuing system in the PC version is awful. It seems enjoyable so far, but I don't know what kind of legs it would have for end-game type stuff.
OK, I know some AZN assholes that won't tell me WTF DOTA is, they just laugh at me when i ask, and I'm too lazy to look it up. So, WTF is DOTA?
Defense of the Ancients. It's something based off Warcraft 3, I think.

Defense of the Ancients (commonly known as DotA) is a custom scenario for the real-time strategy video game Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and its expansion, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, based on the "Aeon of Strife" map for StarCraft. The objective of the scenario is for each team to destroy the opponents' Ancients, heavily guarded structures at opposing corners of the map. Players use powerful units known as heroes, and are assisted by allied heroes and AI-controlled fighters called "creeps". As in role-playing games, players level up their heroes and use gold to buy equipment during the mission.[2]
The scenario was developed with the "World Editor" of Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, and was updated upon the release of its expansion, The Frozen Throne. There have been many variations of the original concept; the most popular being DotA Allstars, which eventually was simplified to DotA with the release of version 6.68.[3] This specific scenario has been maintained by several authors during development, with the current publicly anonymous developer known as "IceFrog" developing the game since 2005.
Since its original release, DotA has become a feature at several worldwide tournaments, including Blizzard Entertainment's BlizzCon and the Asian World Cyber Games, as well as the Cyberathlete Amateur and CyberEvolution leagues; Gamasutra declared that DotA was perhaps the most popular "free, non-supported game mod in the world".[4] Valve Software is currently developing a sequel, Dota 2.

Defense of the Ancients pits two teams of players against each other: the Sentinel and the Scourge. Players on the Sentinel team are based at the southwest corner of the map, and those on the Scourge team are based at the northeast corner. Each base is defended by towers and waves of units which guard the main paths leading to their base. In the center of each base is the "Ancient", a building that must be destroyed to win the game.[5][6]
Each human player controls one Hero, a powerful unit with unique abilities. In DotA, players on each side choose one of 101 heroes, each with different abilities and tactical advantages over other heroes.[7] The scenario is highly team-oriented; it is difficult for one player to carry the team to victory alone,.[8] Defense of the Ancients allows up to ten players in a five-versus-five format and an additional two slots for referees or observers, often with an equal number of players on each side.
Because the gameplay revolves around strengthening individual heroes, it does not require one to focus on resource management and base-building, unlike most traditional real-time strategy games. Killing computer-controlled or neutral units earns the player experience points; when enough experience is accumulated, the player gains a level. Leveling up improves the hero's toughness and the damage it can inflict, and allows players to upgrade their spells or skills. In addition to accumulating experience, players also manage a single resource: gold. The typical resource-gathering of Warcraft III is replaced by a combat-oriented money system; in addition to a small periodic income, heroes earn gold by killing hostile units, base structures, and enemy heroes.[9] This has caused emphasis on a technique called "last-hitting," which is when the player attacks a hostile unit when "its hit points are low enough to kill it with one blow".[10] Using gold, players buy items to strengthen their hero and gain abilities; certain items can be combined with recipes to create more powerful items. Buying items that suit one's hero is an important tactical element of the scenario.[11] Item choice also effects play style, as any given item may increase one statistic (for example, attack per minute) while leaving another (damage per attack) alone.
DotA offers a variety of game modes, selected by the game host at the beginning of the match. The game modes dictate the difficulty of the scenario, as well as whether people can choose their hero or are assigned one randomly. Many game modes can be combined (for example, an easy difficulty level and a random hero pick), allowing more flexible options.[12]

It's pretty awful on the PS3 version, too. I hate the menus, that's about the only problem I have that's not a glitch.

Me, too, I'm really not much of an MMO guy, but I've been excited for this since it was first announced.

Uncharted 3 too. Unless you've sold your PS3.

No problemo.

I'll play ME3 and ES5 for an hour each, get bored and throw them in my backlog(like their predecessors).

Then I'll play Gears 3 campaign a few times and play a bunch of the MP.

They probably tried to make a menu system that fits both a controller and mouse/keyboard, and in the process made both terrible.
I might have to get another BroBox 3shitty for Gears 3, bro. Hope the multiplayer is great.
Horde mode returns? Check.
New Horde mode as Locust called Beast mode? Check.

Day one.

Hell yes! I'm pretty excited for this Gears! I've got dibs on Carmine!

Alan Wake is a huge mindfuck. The screen tearing is rough too. One of the worse examples of it I've experienced this gen.

Gears of War was one of the most unfun games I played this gen. I enjoyed the demo of Vampire Rain more because at least I could laugh at that. Gears was just bland boring shit full of bullet sponge enemies, TROIKA!!!!s, shitty vehicle segment and etc

I can't remember the last time I watched broadcast TV.

forgot to mention I beat Dead Rising 2 last night (S ending)... it was a good game but the story really went nowhere unlike the first. Its still the only zombie game I really can get into alot but whatever. If Case Zero has more story centric stuff I'll be happy.

Dexter and Lumen killed the final guy that Lumen wanted revenge on, Deb catches them in the act but lets them go (there was a piece of plastic between them so she still doesn't know it was Dexter). After Dexter and Lumen get back to his place, they have sex and in the morning Lumen tells Dexter that she can't be with him anymore and that she must leave because her Dark Passenger is gone and she can't live that life anymore. Dexter gets all sad-sad and lets her go, then goes and gets Quinn off the hook for killing Robocop (which Dexter actually did). In the end, they literally tie up every single loose end by everyone just magically getting along with each other and Astrid (or whatever her fucking name is) and Cody come to live with him.

I haven't been this mad in a long time. fuck next season.

Well at least
Lumen is gone!
The seasons where it is just Dexter by himself are the best ones.

I really hope the lag isn't a problem in Gears of War 3... it made 2's multiplayer unplayable... which is a damn shame, because I think Gears 1 was probably my favorite multiplayer game ever. Yep. Me, Jimbo, Rolento, seanr, and some people who aren't GGT $$$s used to play the SHIT out of that.

I loved the single player in Gears 2, but yeah... multi just wasn't the same :(
