$5.00 shipping is actually makes the deal $43 which is a 14% but i think it is only fair to add sales tax if you gonna to include shipping so with sales tax at 6% it is a 19% deal. in my opinion 14% only is a great deal. I dont think you will find to many deals arouns with this price.

In direct repsonse to my customers suggestions from this board I have change the shipping and handling prices on used games. First game for first class is $5.00 and $6.50 for priority, each additional game is now only $2.50 extra. So three used games is now $10 instead of $15.00. This was not an option that my site was capable of doing. I had to have my programmer write new code to make this happen. Hopefully many of you will now take advantage of my used games.

Well heres to hoping I can alieviate some fears of shipping times for you guys. Tony shipped my NHL 08 and Skate out on Friday and I got them both today(Monday). AKA 2 days.

Ok I gave the FAQ a major overhaul. Hopefully it is now more readable and the majority of questions have been answered. Tony I will continue to help you out as long as you keep up the great customer service and of course the deals

Have you given some thought about emailing out a weekly "Used Games Special" newsletter? I'm sure 99% of the people on your mailing list get Gamestop spam three times a week and wouldn't mind a weekly newsletter from you highlighting your used games inventory since you have some really good prices that many people probably aren't aware of.

Pre-Ordered Smackdown vs Raw 2008 for the PS3 on Monday. While it's one of those games I'd prefer to have right away, I'm not willing to pay $60 for a PS3 game yet.
 
I was going to trade in my NBA 2k7 and went along with the process but realized i have absolutely no time to ship it out since i'm at school and work all day and cant meet the 5 day mark. Is there a way to cancel it?

Wow, nice! You must have ordered w/UPS shipping, right? At least I assume so, since Tony isn't shipping those and his distributor is. Hopefully, I get my copy by Friday of next week.

Yes I gto my order in today and I am in the process on buying the shipping and preparing the envelopes. ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP ON MONDAY. That is the earliest Microsoft and my distributor will allow me to ship it. Microsoft is very professional. This is how all games should work. A street date on a tuesday with ALL retailers receiving product the week before. Take 2 sent my distributor Bioshock on a monday before street. That was so unprofessional of them. By the way I got two calls today from the post Office. Not even the local one where i mail the games. I got a call from the head of business developement as well as the head of consumer affairs. She ask me to send her a picture of what my packages look like and she Told me she is going to forward it to all the distribution centers in the USA. She want to make sure this order goes very smoothly. She probably doesnt realize that there is going to be about 2 to 3 million other packages with halo 3 in the mail besides mine. LOL Anyway I felt they are trying hard to respond to my two full weeks of calls after bioshock.
 
So for those of us that are getting the Collectors Edition of Halo 3 with the horrible pakaging that kills discs, how will we get our discs replaced? I am hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.

I not sure how microsoft or my distributor will handle the problem yet. They probably didnt realize the problem until about friday. I am hoping microsoft will just send a replacement disc out. In a normal circumstance the whole unti would be returned and a brand new would be sent out. in that case the probelm could just keep repeating. So hopefully someone in charge will figure out the best thing to do is send out a replacement in a cd sleeve or something like that. I will talk to my distributor on monday.

Ok, cool. I hope Microsoft steps up and realizes their packaging is pretty much asstastic. If you get any extra Legendaries, could I upgrade to that? Ah, nevermind. That isn't going to happen. We will just have to see what happens with these discs. Thanks for responding. Always a great help.
 
another example of liongames amazing customer service. With the Halo 3 pre-order Tony mentioned that he might due a midnight release at his store. Since I live in CT I put in the comments when I pre-ordered that I might be interested. Then I found out his store is an hour away so I just forgot about it and never followed up. Yesterday I got a personal phone call from a Liongames staff member calling to comfirm if I wanted the game shipped or to see if I wanted to do instore pick up. I can't imagine any of other retailers taking the time to make a personal phone call to give a customer options. Thank Tony for the personal attention.
 
Tony is very professional about how he does business and takes the extra steps necessary to try to please his costumers. I appreciate the extra mile he goes and this is coming from someone who hasn't ever even received any games from him yet. Thanks Tony, I have complete faith my Halo 3, Bioshock, and GTAIV will all arrive from you in a timely manner.
 
No confirmation here but Im sure its going to take most of Monday to get all those pre orders shipped right? :)
 
just checked the USPS website and they have scanned my order, but no further information is given on its status. Would be nice to see in on wens
 
usps picked up my shipment in winsted, ct at 1:30 pm today. i wonder how long it will take then to get to my house which is 1 hour away.
 
I just got my shipping confirmation a few minutes ago, so others who haven't gotten theirs yet should get an e-mail soon. I ordered the CE so hopefully my disc isn't too badly scratched, but hopefully MS will do something about it. Looking forward to getting the game and future pre-orders, thanks Tony!
