EDIT: ALSO, if you're going to quit the damn league have the decency to fucking leave it. You can do it from the Madden website. I can't, however, so I have to boot up this game every time for 4 seconds. I've seriously taken this game out of it's case so many times that the inside plastic ring is seriously cracked. Maybe more like chipped. It's getting iffy.

mine to thats why i put it in a sleeve now and just leave it on top of my tv stand.

I don't even put mine in the case anymore. It sits ontop of the case on my xbox.
 
Uber said we're not doing subs and to play the CPU, so he probably doesn't care if someone does want to sub. That's just my assumption, though I could be wrong.

Subbing for owned teams is fine and actually preferred. Just no point getting subs for these CPU teams is all.
 
It just wouldn't be right takin down the superbowl champs in a computer match up..... exspecially since I know mog id have to put up 100 points at least... plus all them picks might hurt tebows chances of mvp.... actually let me play the cpu! Lol
 
I have not heard back from the ravens and tonight will be the last day I can make the deadline as I work till 11cst

So I'm beginning to think seriously about leaving the league. Not because of anything anyone did, but just because I've sort of lost the passion for it. That, and my constant connection issues. When I was really into the league I didn't mind working around it but now it's just becoming more and more tedious.

I'm only going to leave if I found someone who was interested in taking over the Chargers, since they're in very good shape right now. I still haven't made up my mind either way though.

I really would prefer if we just put the league on hold right now. And revisit things in a month and go from there. It seems like a page ago or so people were into that idea.

I thought you were talking about when we finished the season. I'd be in support of that idea.
 
I can do either or. I think a lot of people are losing steam now and to push it through a whole other half of the season people are going to hit a wall hard. If we stop now maybe we can stop the bleeding a bit, give everyone a chance to recover from Madden overkill and pick it back up. It's not like we're chugging along here at any breakneck pace.
 
What do you guys think? Don't let me be the only deciding factor here. I'm seriously burnt out as I said, but I can power through for another half season if need be.

I'm completely fine with that. I can definitely suck it up for 7-8 more games and an early exit in the playoffs haha.

I'd much rather finish out this season. To be honest, I was really surprised about the whole idea of stopping after this season. I was burnt out on Madden a couple months ago, but not so much anymore, and it seemed like lots of people were talking about keeping this going till Madden 12's release.
 
I'll be home soon if tanabeo is around buy I've been kinda busy prepping my boys for this championship on saturday. I'll be home tomorrow too after 6 est so hopefully, this game can get done tonight

don't really want a sim but whatever... schedules didn't match up well. midnight is too late for me to play cuz I gotta be up at 4:45 to be at work at 6. it sucks cuz it's a division game but o well
 
Uber, I guess you didn't have time to boot Kaotic Red (Cleveland) before you left, so can you please do that today so I can play my game before the week advances?
 
well seeing as league ends after this season i think trade between me and broncos gonna have to be cancelled since the 1st RD pick doesn't mean anything now lol
 
any word on Colts-Rams?

if not, the only game we're waiting on is Packers vs CPU, which is partly my bad because I took a while to boot the Browns.
 
I've been burnt out myself...I've completely lost track of my Giants, and I've done a poor job at grabbing my opponents in both leagues. I'll quite possibly be back for '12, depending on if they improve the online franchise portion (which the teaser apparently had a possible glimpse at). I'm OK with either finishing the season(s) out or stopping early. If we keep going I'll do as many Vikes games as I can muster.
 
I am fine with stopping or keeping the season alive. I lost interest a little bit but I still have fun with my games when I am not playing the CPU.
