One of those copies of Tales of Destiny 2 is probably from a local store of mine that closed down. I was going to buy it when I got paid, and they moved out the dAY BEFORE without notice. I.....I....I HATE YOU ALL :cry:

I didn't know it was worth that either.

I got Tales of Destiny 1 a few months ago...another store of the 3 independently owned video stores around here going out of business (my wife used to work at one). Got Tales 1 for $10, barely had the cash for it at the time, glad I got it.

Glad I checked ebay pricing, I was going to pass up for a cheaper deal on it somewhere. Whew. I didn't know the price had went up like that!

i hate when stores close down without notice. There used to be an arcade in the mall for like 15 years They had this game where you collect tickets to win a prize. well we have been collection for like 10 years or so to get something major and had around 16,000 tickets (probally a good 300-500) and went in there 2 years back and they were gone. Now im stuck with 16,000 tickets (they are in vouchers of 2500 each + + so many loose tics

going back to bed for an hour then got to get tires WOO tires

$20 is like $10 out of pocket . . . and I have Typing of the Dead (so I'll need a keyboard). But I'm likely to see cheap DC games in the future as well.

Those who ordered Ikaruga, $25 seems steep but they haven't had it instock for a long time . . .

I think Ghosthunter is going to go the same route . . . people want it lower but I bet it will climb . . .

Of interest to Xbox platform fans, I-Ninja is $9.99 bc (I know it was $1.99 at CC) but $7.50 is still pretty good for an underrated short little game. Namco did a great job creating a perfect little diversion!

Picked up a lone copy of Virtua Quest for the GameCube--I've had a heck of a time finding a good deal on it, and $24.99 BC was enough for me to bite.... I think the Cube version could become pretty darn hard to find down the line, as I've hardly ever seen any copies of it; very limited print run.

I dont know but I can tell you I'm disgusted with myself for the amount of dropped on games in just the short time I've been visiting this site. Its really becoming an addiction/sickness. I cant control myself it seems. Oh well, it could be worse .. I could be buying drugs or cigarettes or something. At least I'm having fun with the stuff I buy.
 
I'm kind of glad I was unable to obtain Rez. I've spent enough money on games this past week or so. I guess it's good I get paid tomorrow but I MUST stop view CAG every day. Maybe once a week might be a little healthier for my wallet. I should stop viewing Ebay for a very long time.

ok, help me out here, i'm new to this site (kinda) and i need help knowing when games prices change, and how do u know how many are left.
 
I guess most people know when prices change by checking games and just kinda memorizing their prices. As far as knowing quantity .. just add the game to your cart and put 100 in the item amount section and it will tell you how many are left.
 
For those who complain that the site is going slow, here is something that I found out to speed it up a little. After adding everything to your cart, close the ebgames.com website. Then reopen it and click on my cart. From there it seems to go faster. I got dail-up and it works for me. I dont know if it works for others.

That is, perhaps, a valid assumption - however in my opinion it is wrong. SH4 may not be the best title in the series, but it improves on the atmosphere and horrific consequences of the previous games nicely. It also challenges you with brain-twisting puzzles as it disgusts you to the very extremes of your tolerance. Great title, especially for $15. (Since I got it for $10 new, I would say $10 is an even better price.) :)

EDIT: Just another thought - either you like the Silent Hill games, or you don't. There isn't much of a gray area here. They are catered to very specific tastes, so purchase at your own risk.
 
Where did you get SH4 for $10? I have not found a good deal on it.

I agree but it used to be $15 ac from EB and people will often chime in that they see it "all the time" new for less than $20 . . . but I think you have to buy if the price is right for you. I got Ghosthunter for $13.50 ac . . . seems like a gamble because this seems like a game that my hit $10 or $5 new somewhere (like Primal) . . . yet, it may be a small enough run that it only goes up from here.

i got one for sale for 16 shipped sealed xbox version i been trying to sell for months and them BOOM price drop and now i will probally never be able to dump it :(
 
I wasnt aware that SH4 came out in September. In that case a drop is reasonable. I thought it was more like February of this year for some reason ... time flies.
 
I'm trying to get a dreamcast, but whenever I hit submit order, it brings me back to my shopping cart. I've activated the saver code, does it not work for buying consoles? And do any of the coupon codes work with buying consoles?
 
I ordered Ghosthunter as well, just for the fact that I will not see it at the $9.99 price level (due to Namco not overprinting the game when released). I'm also waiting for KOF EX2 to come up again for the GBA. I ordered this game last week and when it arrived yesterday, they managed to ship me KOF EX1 instead....rat basstids!

I'm having the same order problem. I don't think it has anything to do with having a Dreamcast in your cart, as I don't have one in mine...

I don't know . . . mine went through . . . I got a confirmation email showing $0 for shipping (but it hasn't shipped out yet).
