[PC] The Indie Gala Thread

Okay then do it.

Oh wait, you won't because you're a CAG and it will keep you up at night to know that you bought something that you could have gotten cheaper.

I was wondering why no post about the Monday bundle.

Then I looked at it and saw how terrible it was and at a higher price point than they've been doing lately no less.

Sweet, I was just watching Event Horizon.  Oh wait, no, it's just a shitty Early Access game.  Nevermind.

I want Our Love Will Grow. Is anyone going to host Steamulating HH?
Generally, Detruire and DarkCsarX generally host HH for IG bundles. Blade mainly does Monday IG bundles and sometimes has hosted some of the others. FoxyPie used to host, but has been out of hosting for a while.

All of the people I mention are great. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of these CAGs. I also would like to publicly acknowledge that I did not leave feedback on each purchase I made, which is my fault. I get busy with work, life, etc... that I make payments and sometimes have forgotten to leave feedback. Sorry to those that I forgot, but please note that I hold the people I trade with on CAG in high regards.

Heh.  I have only bought a few things from people on CAG ever, but nobody mentioned a feedback system and apparently I am not observant enough to notice there was one.

Ugg I should have waited for the Quell trilogy to be bundled today.......I bought it during some sale....think I have pretty much everything other than that square game, keebles and idol hands, and maybe that game with the DLC.

Eternal Step kind of is a bit below average....played about 3 real hours and was a bit unpolished and the system for items was a bit lame.

Yeah I was tempted to buy the Quell trilogy a few times but held out on it. Glad to see it finally got bundled. I'm missing it, Idol Hands, Square's Root, and Switch Galaxy Ultra.

I missed the freebies, so the bundle is looking pretty good to me. I'm glad these GMG-published games look better than the crap they were shoveling out in their $.06 bundles.

Planet of the Shadows looks awesome....the rest....eh....I wont pay that much when the MSRP of that game is $3.99. As for Soccertron....you know everyone will be playing that over Rocket League right....?

To be honest, Soccertron looks kinda fun. I'll probably install and try it, as I seem to already own it from somewhere.

It does look a bit fun, but I know for soccer games Rocket League is everyone's go to. Multiplayer arena games are very common nowadays.

I'm a sucker for marble games so i kind of want Marble Void. Planet in the Shadows might be aright, has good reviews but the trailer seemed meh. Not enough interest for me to buy the bundle.

I actually played a bit of it. It's not awful, but I have stupid levels of nostalgia for Arcade Volleyball. Probably would be good for couch co-op, as either the AI is overpowered or i'm just terrible.

New IG Anime Angels bundle is live, lots of repeats

https://www.indiegala.com/animeangels

Sword of Asumi Deluxe (repeat)

Go Go Nippon (repeat)

Last Days of Spring (repeat)

Sakura Spirit (repeat)

Sakura Angels

Sakura Beach

Sakura Beach 2

Aozora Meikyuu (repeat)

Cyber City 2157 (repeat)

Serafina's Crown

Impulse

Serafina's Crown and Impulse look interesting, I'd probably try them out. The rest is trash though. Serafina's Crown is by the Quantum Conscience dev, which I liked enough to finish.

I'm missing 6 so I might just buy the full bundle during a HH. I'm getting sick of rebuying Sword of Asumi and Go Go Nippon for the millionth time though.

I'm completely behind the times on IndieGala.

Will that Sakura bundle have a happy hour or a group buy? i.e. is there a way to get it cheaper?

Yes the only ones that don't seem to get HH are some specific company bundles and the sexy anime bundles. I've gotten the last 2 or so anime bundles in HH.

FIFY

not into Visual Graphic Novel junk since most of them are basically RPGmaker quality with anime art.

Good bundle if ur into the genre though

Wow, what made the Sakura devs sign up for an Indie Gala appearance? I know they've already made a ton of dough on their uh, "games", but this will basically kill any future profits for years. Unless they're banking on card sales... which will probably make them a ton of cash... hrm.

And yeah, I'm in for a happy ending bundle.

Well they probably have 16 more Sakura 'games' in the works so it doesn't matter.
Yeah these aren't anywhere close to being high quality.. they can probably make these without much effort. The art isn't bad though, I guess. Sekai Project tends to put the lower budget stuff in bundles like the Sakura games.

Come on, you think one of these sad perverts is going to not buy a Sakura game and fap another day because he saw it was in an Indie Gala bundle a few weeks ago?
