That second article is dead wrong. Kinect not having buttons is a good point but Move is NOT cheaper and the launch lineup is just as "casual" and "kiddie" as Kinect.

The second article is not dead wrong, it requires a little perspective. For 1 person to play 1 game on Kinnect, the price is $150. For 1 person to play 1 game on the Move, it's $100. For 2 people to play on Kinnect, it's $150. For 2 people to play on Move, it's $150 ($99.99 bundle + one extra move controller at $49.99). Kinnect can't track 4 players actively (so I've read), and the price goes up from there with Move, so you can't really compare 1:1 after the 2 initial players.
Also, if you already have the PS Eye, you can buy 2 Move controllers for $100, and still have money left over to buy a Nav controller if you wish.
So yeah, it depends on your situation, but the heading of that portion of the article should probably have been: "It may be cheaper."

Sony and Microsoft are both going after the casual market here and until they unveil a "killer app" for hardcore gamers, I doubt I will buy another system with motion controls. The Wii I already have does that just fine.
I too will definitely be waiting, but as others have pointed out as well, there are a ton of non-casual titles that are going to incorporate Move controls (i.e.,
Time Crisis Razing Storm,
Killzone 3,
LittleBigPlanet 2,
SOCOM 4,
Echochrome 2,
Resident Evil 5, and
Heavy Rain).
