Email correspondence with Pricegrabber.com:

My email server has no reason to block email forms coming from Pricegrabber.com , as I receive other emails from Pricegrabber.com without any issue, including your reply to my original email. I have tried re-requesting a past rebate form, as well as a new rebate form, and they both are not emailed to my email address.
I know other people have issues with the rebate forms not being emailed to them, so this is not limited to just me. I will make sure to let everyone I know email Pricegrabber.com support if they are not receiving any emails of the rebate forms. I will try a different email address for my Pricegrabber.com account, and let you know of any success or failure with this change.
No reply has been given to the change of timeframe for the rebate forms for being sent in for processing. To re-state the problem, rebate forms requested in November show a last mail-in date of 02/28/08. Rebate forms requested in December show a last mail-in date of 02/28/08, which is a month less time than the prior timeframe of the end of three months after the form was requested. Has this now changed in December and now the timeframe is to the end of two months after the date of request of the rebate form?

There has been no change in the request and email process for sending forms. You should receive the form within a few minutes of downloading the form. Please verify your email address in your account settings:

Your own email server may have blocked our form that was sent. Please verify your email settings and junk settings. If you are still having problems receiving the forms, it is recommended that you change the email address where you receive your rebate forms in your PriceGrabber account information page.
