I did, I am actually picking up the new Rory Mcilroy game. I have always enjoyed golf games and this one doesn't have any grindy or impossible online games, just simply compete in 3 different types of online modes. So we will see how it goes.

Do you not like ham? I believe it is the only difference between the 5 and the 9 assuming you tell them no mayo on the 9 like every decent person would.

I am not a fan of drinking from a paper cup so I tend to go with the straw. If I have a real glass I can go with or without. Most of the time I end up using one since I use it to fish out the fucking lemon that I did not want in my glass of water in the first place.

For dine in, If hard plastic or glass cups, then I don't use a straw. For cheap plastic/styrofoam cups, it depends. If paper cups, then I use a straw as the papery taste when you hold the rim up to your lips spoils the flavor.

I was considering adding it to the Gamefly Q since there is so few games I want to play that are already out and haven't played. If the online stuff is not crazy, I may give it a go.

I assumed there would have to be some sort of micro-transaction online bull shit since it is EA.

So there are 4 online trophies, complete a ranked round of golf, complete an unranked round of golf, compete in a daily tournament, compete in a weekly tournament. From reading up on it, you will want to get the game near launch, as online dies very quickly making the online trophies harder to get, but they should be fairly simple.

The hardest ones will be the challenges which seeing videos include hitting at targets, moving objects, etc. Don't know if anyone remembers the Cyber Tiger game that was like hot shots, this mode seems similar.

And yes they are going heavy on DLC and extras. Game will start with 8 courses, and 12 golfers, which don't include Tiger or Mickelson.

It will be a quick play for me to get through the career, see how hard the challenges are, and then go from there. I have a break in new games coming and figured I would give a shot as a short term rental from BB

Yeah, the driving is a little slow. A lot of the time though he's having a conversation with Zach or someone else in the car so I didn't mind it that much. I'd like to tell you to stick with it, but if you're finding it this unbearable now I doubt playing it more will change your mind.

One of my faves from last gen though.

I watched season 1 episode 1 of True Detective the other night. I'm hoping to marathon it and and catch up with season 2 this next week before I go on vacation.

Showtime's standalone subscription is out now. When I get back I wanna subscribe for a month or two and catch up on Masters of Sex and Penny Dreadful.

A lot of people like it. I think it makes water taste bad. I am an all or nothing kind of guy with drinks. If I want water, I want water. Otherwise give me something that tastes really good like alcohol or soft drinks.

3 hours to restore the ps4

5 minutes to change the hard drives

maybe one day we can figure out how to transfer data a little faster

Speaking of which I think I'm finally gonna use those miracle pills or whatever that I got from Cards Against Humanity during the holidays. They suggest doing lemon and vodka plus strawberries for yummy lemonade without sugar. Remember everything is supposed to taste sweet. I wanna drink a bunch of stuff that I never would and hope the sweetness makes it good. Gator, I hope I still have your beer list here!

I wonder if licking someone or kissing tastes sweet too...

I don't give a shit about how much there are in extras and DLC. I wont be buying any of that shit. They typically have a certain amount of that crap to where you have to get it to avoid some ridiculously long grind for the plat. That is more my concern.

 
I cannot wait for Lost Dimension. Already knew I wanted it after gameplay vids, but now I find out even more deliciousness.

Traitors on your team? Voting them off between missions = perma death for them? Voting for the wrong person = killing an innocent and losing them? At the end of the game the traitors side with the final boss and turn against you, so if you voted wrong a lot the final fight its going to be a bitch. A very sexy bitch.

Then no, no long grind. In fact it may be quicker than previous installments due to the new quick round feature were you play specific key holes during a tournament. Should make the career mode trophies much easier. So overall, seems much less grindy. Of course there is the hole in one trophy and hole a shot over 100 yards away....

Not sure how I missed this earlier with that giant image. I hope that just like with JoJo's that even though Amazon is the only one selling it that it will still be available via Gamefly. If not, I guess Ill just have to sign up for borrowing the bundle from someone on the import site I am on.

 
LOL! I wasn't trying to be deep. I used to think the sweeter the better. Now I prefer things with more of a reserved sweet flavor. What I used to like now tastes cloying. No surprise since it was pretty much just sugar on top of sugar.

Things that mix savory and sweet in balance is definitely where it is at.

I wish my library didn't have that dumb "no M-rated games unless Gamespot gives them an 8/10 review score or higher" or I'd get the PS3 version that way.

I bought the European Vita version from a third-party seller for ~$40 a few days ago, but I might get a US version someday if the price drops a bit because separate trophy lists.

It's been lower, down to $8 w/ GCU. It's quite decent, though. It doesn't take long to plat and the collection aspect isn't bad at all. I'm struggling through Lego Hobbit in comparison. That feels so much slower and the collection bit is a ton more tedious.

We value drinking fine craft beverages from glass. The amount of breakages at the fest has increased and is now a serious concern. Please don't be a jerk and intentionally drop and break the glasses. We are incorporating a no tolerance policy for anyone caught breaking glass. If caught, you will be removed from the fest immediately. We will also have peace officers at the front door monitoring your departure. If the breakages continue to be an issue, we will be forced to provide plastic cups at future events.
