yeah I'm almost always missing what's on tv to some extent. I can usually split my attention between the sound of the tv and wife and hold a relatively functional conversation with her if I need to and not fuck up my game too badly at the same time. things that take excessive focus or are mp means I'm pretty much shutdown to the world around me. playing zat has been really tough since it takes attention and there's no pausing so if I get caught up in the tv I'm almost certainly dead. I generally like having a few things going on at once, like working and posting on cag while talking to my boss over the cubicle wall. maybe that's why I'm not bugged by having kids, I'm used to having a constant stream of divided attention.

I was Elite for about 1 month when some kind soul from the gamesharing thread added me when BB let people add friends or whatever they did. I don't think I even got to take advantage of having it when suddenly it ended.

Those are all things I follow and "watch" so if I did not "watch" them while playing Vita it would just be more free time spent later. Id rather continue making progress on other games while I have that stuff on in the background. It is about efficient use of time for me and playing on a PS TV would kill all that.

 
I kind of wish I'd bought GTA V when Amazon had it for $34 over the weekend. It's going to be $25 at Walmart, but I don't know if they'll have any copies left for me since I'm not going until after midnight.

Current plan is to hit Walmart at 2 or 3 while I wait for Gamestop to open. If Walmart still has copies of The Witcher 3 and Mad Max, I'll get those there, though I'm stupidly thinking of paying $5 more for them at GS to get the steelbook for Witcher and die cast car for Mad Max. I'll also try to price match Until Dawn at Walmart for the $20 Best Buy price if they have any left.

 
I wish I could still see how much I've 'spent' towards elite - as of right now I think I'd be set but I'm going in in a little bit to get $200 back since the tv I bought dropped to $800 today (day 11).  Assuming I don't spend anything else this year I'll probably miss it again and once again feel all bitchy about it come thanksgiving week.  

 
Kyle Larson got a new crew chief.  Hopefully this new guy can get more out of his talent and fix the pit stops and mistakes he had this past season.

Witcher supposedly will come with a steel book and ghosts was 6.40 after GCU. Figured cheap enough to play the campaign. Might just wind up returning it. On the fence about dark souls II as well, never played a souls game and not sure id like it. Pretty excited about the other 3 though.

Had project cars in the cart but decided against it.

Came out to 81.23 for all of it, and paid 81.23 cause #realmoney

You should have just grabbed Bloodborne rather than Dark Souls. Its the better of the two in my opinion.

V is the absolute best hands down. I never liked any of the other GTAs except the original top down ones.

I had it but deleted it. It's actually pretty dull. The combat is just the same battle after battle, and the rubbing mechanic to level up gets really tedious. Leveling up your cards actually downgrades them in some circumstances.

 
Looks like Amazon price matched the post-Cartwheel price on the single guitar Guitar Hero bundles.

So you can get it for $42.25 pre-other coupons if you price match the price match and add that sweet sweet Cartwheel.

I wouldn't probably care if I hadn't met him several times and sat in his pit box when he won a race and went drinking with his PR dude afterwards and sat in his team owner's suite/condo/deluxe apartment in the sky for another race.

But since I did all those things I follow his career and root for him. And I will if his Target sponsorship is up too.

Man I have to already stop looking at deals. So many games at really good prices. But time is not on my side. It doesn't help that so many new releases are 40+ hour games. fuck having a crazy backlog this gen though, fuck it hard.

Maybe it's because its two of the same account / save file trying to talk together is why it doesn't work and freaks some games out? I can see if it doesn't work with Dragon's Crown too tonight. Supposedly you can ad hoc PSP games too.

I emailed Hulu and they said they can manually apply the code so I just sent it to them. Hopefully that works. Last night I tried to cancel my subscription to see if I could apply the code and they gave me a free month to keep the service so now it won't renew til Christmas.
