The Chinese company, Virtuos, has had success with remastering other games (Fable, Heavy Rain, FFX/X-2 Remaster) so it's disappointing they would flub Batmang.

Song of the Deep is pretty enjoyable.  Nice soothing music and gorgeous amazing visuals.  Lots of Metroidvania stuff going on.  Combat is decent.  Haven't really encountered any "puzzles" as I thought one of the older reviews mentioned.  Unless finding a way to the place you're supposed to go by breaking shit counts as a puzzle.

Anyway it's pretty fun.  it's too bad there's only 10 trophies, but I'd still recommend it after my brief time with it.  Especially since you can get it on disc to resell.
