It's pretty easy like Fox said. It's also user-dependent so anyone could set it up given your login info and it'll work on any PC you log into ;)

We don't need his login info. :p The only thing he'd have to get on his own is the session id cookie data, that's only available on his machine. All the other required info (his SteamID64) is public and can be found by anyone.

I dunno, I copy/pasted the entire folder to three PCs and can idle on all of them without changing session ID. I think you can pass any valid ID to it and it would just emulate that machine. Not sure if Steam Guard would factor in on that though.

Yes, but that works for you because you're logged into the same account. The session id is needed so the program can ping the badge page and get the info, even if the computer isn't using that particular ID at the time. He needs to get his own Session ID data so it can see how many drops he has left.

Can anyone tell me what "A Slow Year" from the current Humble Weekly Bundle is exactly? The description on HB says that it is a collection of four games so it is like an anthology or something more akin to WarioWare Microgames?

Well if you're either too busy or simply can't be bothered to do it on a daily basis, I can certainly understand. But just for the record, lostnumber doesn't speak for all of us. I think the new release posts that you make/made added something to the thread. If nothing else, it acted as a starting point for conversation as people commented on one of the games in your posts.

Half the time those conversations would pop up anyway. The few times he posted late at night people still talked about the new releases. If he put up personal thoughts about said games instead of just a standard list I think it would spark conversation way better. My previous post said as much.

Feel free to post or not post whatever you want. Just know I like giving people trouble from time to time.

I feel it adds some much needed conflict. Otherwise it would just be a bunch of people agreeing with each other and who wants that?

 
So...I jumped on the X Com promotion going on with GMG and Playfire.  Already had EU but really wanted EW.

Signed up yesterday and did the voting.  Received confirmation e-mails that I would be getting my keys.

Wake up this morning and have two e-mails from them.  I figured, "Cool!  One is the free code for EU; the other is the discount code for EW!"

Open up the e-mails and BOTH codes are for discounted EWs.

Weird. 

And for what it is worth since it was a topic of discussion:  I already had around five hours on EU and had the achievement for the tutorial unlocked and still received the EW code(s).  Now if I can just figure out why they didn't send me the EU code....but, if I can't, I'm surely not going to complain because I wanted the EW code much more.  :D
