Just to keep you in the loop;
I received a reply from the Disney customer service dept. this morning and they asked me to do a couple of things to see if it helped.
Nothing worked, so they asked for some more information which I sent along. They also asked where I purchased it, so I told them my situation - living in Japan but always import US titles for the most part - so I guess I'm just waiting to see what happens.
I did tell tham that, if they can't do anything for me in Japan, I could get the blu back to the US if that could help.
