I can't find a trade in value for an item?
It might not be tradable or calling a store to find the value may be the only option.

How many copies of a game can I trade in?
You are allowed to trade in 4 copies of the same game (same system) within a rolling 30 day period.

Are there trade limits?
Yes, $500 cash minus some electronic trade ins and or $2000 trade credit in a rolling 30 day period.

Yes you can in store but not online please note not all gift cards will apply to this rule.

I have a $XX.xx pre-owned reward certificate, and I want to use it on a B2G1 transaction. Should I?
It depends. If the three games are equal value, do not use your certificate. The value of the certificate would be applied to the free game, which would not benefit you. If one game is more expensive, you can use the certificate to make it the same value as the other two games ($5 reward certificate applied to transaction with two $10 games and one $15 game would make all three games $10).


TERMINOLOGY AND LINGO:
ASL/SL: Assistant Store Leader, Store Leader; manager positions at GS.
B2G1: Buy two, get one free.
GS: GameStop
JD: Junior detective, an employee who is out to get someone
LP: Loss Prevention; this is the department that actually bans accounts after being flagged.
TC/TiC: Trade credit.
TIV/TV: Trade in value, or what a game currently trades for. When posting a TV for a game, always use the base value.

I went ahead and just bought at BB since they have the same deal. Only reason I have money now is because of inheritance. I was very frugal before and I still am.

Currently, a Pro membership costs $19.99. You can shave off another $5 when you buy any new game. Ad shows $10 off, but promo discounts from regular price of Pro sub. So basically:

$19.99 Pro sub without buying a new game
$14.99 Pro sub with buying a new game

I don't see why not. YMMV when buying a new game with it tho, I would think, but $9.99 for a Pro renewal does sound like a pretty sweet deal.

If it's any consolation, $5 Pokemon packs. Some stores actually allow you to pick out cards from their binders. Personally, I'd get the $8 hard plastic Funko cases.

Really, this should've happened with both companies a long time ago. In general, Gamestop should've carried official repros a long time ago. Every once in a while a mom and pop shop will carry these, but mostly it's using website the vast majority of people that shop at Gamestop aren't aware of. I feel their general customer would impulse buy official repros because they remember playing on those systems when they were younger.

Yes, you are right he scanned the barcode for the PS5 BF bundle it came up to $425, then he applied the $25 off code that dropped it down to $399. So then I guess the deal is YMMV. If it helps, the $25 promo # on my receipt is 30034.

The code to enter is EBC3071571 to apply to PS5s. They aren't really supposed to use this but the register does allow it.

I had auto renew off but for some reason got the email and was actually charged. May be best to not have a card on file.
