Lions are pretty tough on Thanksgiving. They always put up a good fight each and every year. With the Titans coming off a crushing defeat against the Jets, I see the Lions being in this one til the 4th quarter. I can also see the Lions get a win here.

I have given the Lions the benefit of the doubt all season, they suck. They blew a 17-0 lead. I wouldn't really call the jets game "crushing", im fairly sure everyone saw a loss coming soon, and the jets aren't half bad. I am fairly confident in the Titans ability to beat the Lions. I realize the lions probably won't go 0-16, but they will get pretty damn close.

This game is a ringer if I ever saw one. Let's just hope it doesn't bite me in the ass.

How don't you call 34-13 a crushing defeat? The Jets had the ball for 40 mins of the game. The Jets rushed for almost 200 yards. I thought the Titans had the #1 defense in the league? The Jets crushed the #1 team in football. Not even close.

Also trust me. Lions = Win. I hope the rest of the pool players pick the Titans. Seriously everyone pick the Titans. I would love that.

Since 2001 the Lions have won 1 of 7 Thanksgiving games. There is no way they are going to beat the Titans. If I'm wrong then I deserve to get booted from this league and the Titans don't deserve to be 10-1 (I guess 10-2 at that point). You can then say "I told you so".

Last year's game wasn't as close as the score makes it seem, either. Detroit was down 31-12 at the end of the 3rd quarter, then got two touchdowns in the 4th quarter to make it a little more respectable. If Tennessee finds a way to lose this game, they're the worst 10-1 team ever. :lol:
