Welcome to the Official CAG Blockbuster/Gamerush video game deal thread.

Sadly, Blockbuster has cut down it's maximum trade-in value from $33-$35 to $25 or so and dropped all other values along with it. So welcome to the new world of Blockbuster featuring Gamestop trade-in prices (but without the Edge card and frequent trade-in deals to make it more appealing). Continue on if you feel like there is any need...

ALERT: More POG games (disc-only used games sold for $9.99) sighted at stores week of Nov 9th
Many CAGs have reported finding new shipments of POG games (prepacked previously owned games) showing up on Nov 10th-12th. This is YMMV as many stores will not get them. But if they do, they are usually in clear cases, disc-only, and are priced at $9.99. Some notables include Call of Duty World at War, CoD Modern Warfare, Halo 3, Halo Wars, etc. It appears to be all 360 games this time. These are disc-only refurbs but are usually in excellent shape. Note that these all have the same barcode that rings up $9.99 - if you find the same games with regular cover art and specific bar codes for that used game, then they are not part of this POG stock and will be regular prices (generally way over $9.99 for the newer titles).

ALERT: B1G1 NOW OVER (but possibly returning in late November)
The latest Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale on games $14.99 has ended. The following list of $14.99 and under used games will be maintained for the next sale though. It seems highly likely from various reports that a B1G1 sale will be returning some time in late November. Some are even a decent buy without the B1G1 sale:

What is this thread for?
The primary function of this thread is to discuss current trade-in and sale promos, post any trade-in values you have obtained, and discuss new and used game selection and availability. Please post trade-in values with the date of the trade (or quote) and system.

It is also permissible to discuss system availability, credit issues, etc. As long as it is related to game trades or sales at Blockbuster it is generally OK to discuss it here.

Unlike more tightly focused clearance threads, it is OK to discuss more general Gamerush/Blockbuster issues here as well as trade requests as long as they are kept to a minimum (and usually just during specific deals).

Due to the questionable stability of the Gamerush (and Blockbuster for that matter) brand, it is also permissible to discuss ways of converting credit from Blockbuster to other stores (ie, which games may be used for trading in to other stores such as Gamecrazy or EB/GS). As of right now, we have no indication of Gamerush's imminent demise, but given Blockbuster's ongoing financial difficulties we need to be aware of the possibility.

What is this thread NOT for?
Please do not discuss the flipping of games from one Gamerush store to another should another such opportunity arise (through trade-in deals). It is one thing to "play the market" with trade-in values from one chain to another (GR to GC to EB) - free market buy low/sell high and all that. But taking advantage of loopholes in a single store's policies/promos is frowned upon and has, in the past, led to trade-in bans from GR.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Blockbuster Game Trading Info
- You must sign up for a trade account in addition to your regular Blockbuster account
- You must sign up for a new trade account at every store you wish to trade at, even if using the same main account
- Trade-in credit can be placed onto your store account or onto a "Value" card
- Credit on store accounts can only be used at that one store
- However, credit can be transferred from the store account to a card at any time
- Value cards can be used at any location
- Clerks at one store cannot see your trading/purchasing history at another store via your account
- Gamerush stores often do not get new game stock until the Friday of the release week, thus a few days later than most retailers
- Depending on state law you may or may not get sales tax added to your trade-ins (and thus get more than normal). You will always be charged sales tax where applicable on purchases, even when using credit from a Value card.

Gamerush vs. regular Blockbusters
All Blockbuster game-related discussion belongs here. Most threads created in the Deals forum will be merged in to here. There seems to be the impression by many CAGs that if they don't have a Gamerush store near them (see here for a list of GR stores: http://www.blockbuster.com/content/v.4.286.1.0/media/gameStoreList.pdf) then this thread does not apply to them. However, regular (non-GR) Blockbuster stores often run the same promos and generally have the same trade-in values. I'm going to elaborate on the last sentence as people apparently don't understand that when I say regular BB's have the same trade-in values as Gamerush that it means regular Blockbuster stores accept game trade-ins just like Gamerush stores.

The key differences:
- Only Gamerush stores sell used video game hardware and generally have a much wider selection of new hardware. Many regular BB stores had a PS3 bundle available over Christmas 2007 and since then they have expanded their hardware sales. As of right now (Dec 2008) most Blockbuster stores are selling PS3's, Xbox 360's, Wii's, and DS's. They do not sell PSP's. However, they have also started selling other electronics including Blu-ray players, portable DVD players, and digital picture frames. As a result of not selling used hardware, however, regular Blockbuster stores will not take hardware in for trades.

- Both Gamerush and regular Blockbuster stores take preorders for new games for a $5 deposit (or you can pay any other amount beyond that). Gamerush stores will get many more games in than the regular stores but unfortunately a preorder at either place is not a guarantee you will get the game. Sometimes they do not get certain titles in even if you preorder them months in advance. And even if they do get them, it tends to be a few days later than other stores.

- While many Gamerush stores have cut back on their new game stock, most regular (non-GR) Blockbusters have started selling new games. They usually have a very limited selection of top-selling new 360, PS3, and Wii games.

- Trade-in values are controlled centrally and are uniform across all Gamerush and Blockbuster locations EXCEPT if the Blockbuster is a franchise location. You can tell from the receipt if your store is a franchise store. All Gamerush stores are corporate-owned so they will have uniform pricing.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Featured Preorders
Most Blockbuster stores (in addition to Gamerush stores of course) are featuring several games for preorder. $5 is required for a deposit. There are a few others in addition to what is listed below:

Multiplatform
Beatles Rock Band
Madden 10

:360:

:ps3:

:wii:

:ds:

They usually get these featured games in on release day like any other game retailer (though note - as of late they have been very bad about this and have gotten many games several days late!). Note that you can preorder just about any other game as the system will allow them to preorder anything they have listed (yes, even at regular stores). I have preordered Mario Super Sluggers and Dragon Quest IV myself even though they are not "featured" as preorders. However, if it is not a featured preorder they may or may not get it in, and it may arrive as late as Friday of the release week (postscript - Mario Super Sluggers did indeed arrive on Friday when every other store had it Tues. or Weds. and Dragon Quest IV never arrived).

Of course you can cancel a preorder at any time and get your deposit back or switch it to another game, even after the game comes out. So don't worry about preordering something they might not get - you can always switch it to something else. However, since I've always used credit for purchasing things at Blockbuster I'm not sure how they would handle a cancellation of a cash deposit. They may simply issue a credit to your account so beware of that if placing a cash deposit on a preorder.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Current Trade-In Deals
There are no trade-in deals at this time nor have there been for a very very long time. They did however just recently cut down all their trade-in values to Gamestop-like levels (but without deals to make them more appealing as at GS).

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Trade-In Values
Trade-in price quotes will now be maintained by CAG Friend of Sonic in the THIRD post of this thread. The second post will continue to highlight specific games used to transfer credit from Blockbuster to Gamestop and vice versa.

Trade-in prices are usually universal at both Blockbuster and Gamerush, but can be wildly different at franchise Blockbuster stores. Used game prices change on Sunday with trade-in price drops following the next day (Monday). Thus any quotes given in this thread will almost certainly be good through Sunday of the current week. If you want to be sure to get the same value another CAG has reported then do your trading by Sunday as the price may drop on Monday.

Also note that many stores will no longer accept video games without cover art. This is the official policy for DVD trade-ins but apparently many clerks will confuse the two and not allow it for games either. Just beware that it might be a hassle if you have a disc-only game to trade.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Gamerush website
The old Gamerush web site is now defunct, but the following link will take you to Blockbuster online, which may or may not have some info there about games. I dunno - I haven't looked at it in years.

Tonight I saw in Austin, TX (most of what has been stated thusfar):

Army of Two (new) 14.99
Bad Company (new) 14.99
Dark Sector (new) 9.99
Devil May Cry IV (new) 14.99
Grand Theft Auto IV (new) 14.99
Mercenaries 2 (new) 14.99
Unreal Tournament III (new) 9.99

"new" was a small sticker holding the game shut. The disc was in a sleeve in a drawer that the clerk had to get.

My haul for the day:

Unreal Tournament: $10
Uncharted: $20
Assassin's Creed: $10
Bioshock: $20

Ay carumba! Lots of non-regulars up in here! ;)

Anyway, to clear some stuff up...
Didn't the sale just start though? edit: this comment is response to those saying sale ending this week.
No, it didn't just start. This is the continuation of a clearance sale that started, I dunno, last October or so. What happened last week was simply an increase in the discount, just like when Target marks things down further. As such, this is no sale that will "end" at any particular time unless they decide to pull everything off of clearance which is unlikely given that the idea here is to clear this stuff out. What is likely to happen in the future is further discounts! Though given that it took 2-3 months for them to reduce from the last drops I'd get anything you really want now. It's funny how people are going crazy nuts for this sale when many of these games were only a few dollars more the last couple of months. For example, many of these $9.99 DS games were $12.99 before.
I was able to confirm that this drop started last Monday, 4/6.
Nope - I was in store Thursday (the 10th) and they had not gotten the current pricing yet as many things still rang up at the old prices. The prices were supposed to be downloaded to store computers Tues or Weds night but there was a glitch around here that delayed it till late Thursday I guess. Most stores here didn't get their giant lists for repricing till just yesterday (Friday) while other stores around the country seemed to have gotten this list Tues or Weds. This was the cause of much confusion early on in this thread and lots of YMMV pricing.

The YMMV pricing occuring now is mostly due to mislabelling (eg, dumbass employees putting $14.99 stickers on Motorstorm Pacific Rift instead of the regular Motorstorm). If you are lucky they will override the prices they ring up and give you their mistaken price. However, at this point the actual prices are universal (save franchise stores which are a whole different matter).
also, anyone know if they are open tommorrow on easter?

once again. anyone know if they are open on easter? tommorrow? well today... for me. HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE (damn needs sleep)
For cripes sake, Blockbuster is open every day of the year - always has been!

And as I said before, Sunday is when they mark down used game prices so we'll see if any of this stuff gets cheaper used (right now most of it is more expensive used than new).
if i recall right, the recent pricing are on page 23 or so. the new prices are cheaper than those on the first page and yes they are new games.
Wrong - check again ;). (New list has been up for 3 hours or so - ever since I posted here saying I put it up!)

I just got home after driving to 6 different Blockbusters and only came away with Ratchet and Clank for PS3. I didn't find ANY good DS games; it seemed like they were all girly or baby games. NONE of my Blockbusters had ANY PSP games, which sucked because there were a few that I was looking for.

Oh well, at least I got something from this sale.

I can't speak for the other newbies to the BBV clearance thread but I hadn't realized until this weekend that non-GR stores were carrying a good stock of new games. It's a new development to me! Just last spring when I went clearance-hunting, none of the BBVs near me carried any new games but a few DS and last-gen games.

I'm glad that BBV can be a new go-to clearance spot for me now that CC is gone and all my local Kmarts closed.

Ok I guess my BBV shopping list isn't complete yet. Anybody find No More Heroes at any of the stores in the Valley? Or actually, anywhere along the 210/134/101 freeways coming from Pasadena. Thanks!

Just to let you know this is pretty much the situation at most regular Blockbusters. The ones people are getting Meteos and Metroid Prime Hunters and stuff like that are either Gamerush locations with lots of old stock or some of these high-profile media center Blockbusters of which I have never seen one. So to all the newbies to this thread hoping to find all this stuff adjust your expectations. The DS games will be mostly as Optical saw. However, you have a good chance of finding R&C, Soul Calibur IV, Bioshock, etc - all the big name PS3/360 stuff should be in stock at most stores.

And yeah, no PSP games here either. Those will be even harder to find as they simply didn't order them for most of the stores to begin with.

rapsodist - it's funny, actually, because then you are coming back in on the tail end of their good period of new game stock. For a while there (as in most of the last year and a half) they have been carrying lots of new games. Just recently, however, they have started getting fewer and fewer new releases (especially with DS stuff). They are definitely on the decline again as a game retailer after having a brief renaissance there (following the last down period you mentioned).

Also note that you guys (if new to this thread) have missed the golden age of BBV trade-in values. Just in February they adjusted all their trade-in prices to be very much like Gamestops but without the benefit of the Edge card or frequent trade-in promos (BBV hasn't had a trade-in promo in over 2 years now). So there's really no way to build up cheap credit to get this clearance stuff even cheaper like there used to be. I'm down to $26 in credit myself - I have yet to take the plunge of spending actual money yet. The prices here aren't low enough for that yet ;).

Also, I'm surprised so many people are finding this now but not before. I have had the Super Mario Galaxy for $25 thing ("+ other new games discounted") in the thread title for several weeks. SMG is still one of the best deals there and it didn't drop any further last week - been $25 for like 3 months now. I guess putting that date in there really caught people's attention.

I've purchased new from BBV before and tried to return the sealed game before, but they wouldn't let me. Thanks for the list and your answers io. I was putting together my own list and you saved me a lot of time. I can see now why people didn't want you to post the list and have to agree too. It's too bad we can't make the list viewable for cags only or have cag send it as a pm to cagers who request it. It can be hard to keep up with threads sometimes.

Same thing happened to me. I got excited seeing all these awesome DS games for cheap. I even went to two GameRush stores...barely anything. Maybe it's because I'm looking for the "rarer" ones like Trace Memory, Resident Evil, and Revenant Wings, but I wonder if they got shipments in that they just hadn't unloaded at that point. (Hopeless optimism I know)

Oh well; I'll be going back to school after this weekend, so I guess I'll get my hopes up that a few of those have decent selection. I've been tempted to get Dragon Quest Swords, but I hear that it's incredibly simple and not all that long.

San Francisco area.

I went to two BBs at Irvine and Sloat. I couldn't find anything over at Irvine so I left. The one at Sloat, there wasn't really much of a sale that was going on PS3 wise. If I could remember correctly, there were some games at $20, but games like RB2 and Fallout 3 was still at 60. The only noticable thing I saw was SMG was at $25 and that was it.
Do they keep their new games locked up at most stores or out on the shelves?
Out on the shelves at my store.

I went to my Blockbuster (Madison, OH) today and there was nothing amazing. Maybe everything's gone or something but I was disappointed after reading this thread. I really wanted Uncharted, Folklore, Dead Space, or DMC4.

The best things I saw (PS3) were Ratchet and Clank Future of Destruction (New for $20) and F.E.A.R. (Used for $15 with no original case or manual). Anyone have any opinion on these games for these prices?

rock band 2 $34.99

It will continue to be YMMV. They are supposed to take returns for new product but they may only do it at the store you bought it at. Also, they apparently get penalized greatly for giving credit out so they will do everything they can to avoid it. It is a crappy system but that's the way it is.

No new shipments for this stuff. BBV stores rarely ever get shipments of older games. Nearly everything you see there has been there since the game first came out. Once it's gone it's gone.

Yeah, depends. Most stores, it seems, put out empty cases to represent the new games and keep the actual ones locked up. Note that this is 100x better than GS as they do not GUT the actual games but use generic cases or rental cover cases for the floor samples. However, these can easily get out of sync with what they actually have in stock. They may not have half the things they have cases out for and other things may be in stock but not represented on the floor. Ask them and they can look in the computer to see if they actually have something in stock.
No new shipments for this stuff. BBV stores rarely ever get shipments of older games. Nearly everything you see there has been there since the game first came out. Once it's gone it's gone.
Yeah, that's what I had figured. Mostly just leftover stuff, as I can see most people associating new games moreso with a specialty game store like GameStop, or a usual retailer like Best Buy or Wal-mart. Oh well, hopefully there's still some good stuff out there. I'm still shocked that out of two GameRush stores, there was only one somewhat rare game (The World Ends With You), as they both usually have quite a nice selection of stuff. Maybe someone just beat me to the punch since it was posted to SD a day before I got to go out and look.

And for the new game stuff, I think I'm getting too used to using GS credit to buy new games, as it actually took me by surprise that they gave me an actual SEALED game after I brought up the display copy. It's a copy I wish GS would adopt, that's for sure.
rapsodist - it's funny, actually, because then you are coming back in on the tail end of their good period of new game stock. For a while there (as in most of the last year and a half) they have been carrying lots of new games. Just recently, however, they have started getting fewer and fewer new releases (especially with DS stuff). They are definitely on the decline again as a game retailer after having a brief renaissance there (following the last down period you mentioned).
Ah, that's too bad: I was hoping to catch some good deals in the future for my new PS3. At the least, I now know to continue to keep an eye on BBV and this thread for any future developments rather than writing them off altogether.
Do they keep their new games locked up at most stores or out on the shelves?
I've seen both. Some of the stores you needed to bring up a display box that was on the floor to checkout or have them open a glass case that had the games. The stores I found with the biggest selections ended up just keeping the actual games on tables/shelves in the store.

OK, I updated a few things included Rictor's obscure one of a kind finds ;).

What I like about those is that it clutters up the list and makes it frustrating for those on other sites who copy/paste the list. They get all excited and then end up disappointed when they can't find 90% of the stuff. They then report this back to their site and the thread dies off. This has happened in the past when SD swiped my Kmart clearance list. So it's good to clutter it up with valid, yet virtually impossible to find, items ;). Those in the know (meaning us CAGs) will know what to focus on that there's actually a chance of finding.

OK, I've spent far too much time on CAG tonight. Time to play Oblivion! Yeah, I finally got started on that a few days ago. You don't want to know how huge my game backlog is. That's one of the reasons I'm not gonna spend cash on any of these games. By the time I actually play them they'll be even cheaper somewhere.
The best things I saw (PS3) were Ratchet and Clank Future of Destruction (New for $20) and F.E.A.R. (Used for $15 with no original case or manual). Anyone have any opinion on these games for these prices?
The Ratchet & Clank series is always good fun. I think of it as a "comfort food" in video games. It's probably not going to get Game of the Year consideration anymore, but you always know you're going to get a quality product.

I think I could also compare R&C to Jerry Sloan, if you follow the NBA. Sure, the Jazz haven't won it all under his coaching, but the man has kept them in serious contention through every up and down for the past 21 years.
It will continue to be YMMV. They are supposed to take returns for new product but they may only do it at the store you bought it at. Also, they apparently get penalized greatly for giving credit out so they will do everything they can to avoid it. It is a crappy system but that's the way it is.
.
Strange because it was at same store. Do they get penalized for giving credit for trade ins too?

Thanks for the reply. I think I'm going to get it. I'm assuming they won't be open later today, so I'll probably swing by Monday. It's just too bad they didn't have some of the other deals mentioned.

Sorry, missed this post earlier. TRUST IN CAG! Those $60 games will ring up cheaper! I'm assuming you just went by the stickers, right? Remember SMB has been $25 for a while. The other drops just happened and many stores haven't updated the tags yet.
Strange because it was at same store. Do they get penalized for giving credit for trade ins too?
No, that is different. I'm not sure exactly how it works but it hurts the store numbers for them to give credit for returns/register mistakes. They really hate it if you buy something and then say you don't want it and they have to void it because that counts against them too. It is really asinine but that's what I've heard. Now a good employee/manager will still take care of you but that's the underlying reason why you often get a hard time from many others.

During the B1G1 sale (on used games $14.99 and under, newbies - we're waiting for the return of that sale, no word yet) I asked to get a couple of games price checked. The guy then asked if I wanted them and I said I wasn't sure and asked if he could just hold on to them while I look at some others. He misheard me and rang them up. When I said I didn't want a couple after all he nearly threw a fit. It makes no sense - at any other store it would be no big deal. But somehow it was gonna hurt him .

People have commented on the lack of PSP titles at Blockbuster and I found a grand total of 1 PSP game as part of this clearance:

:psp: Madden 09 - $14.99

I went out looking for Mario Strikers Charged and came away with Mario Super Sluggers for $19.99, Professor Layton for $9.99, and Spore Creatures for $9.99.

Heh, way to tackle the ole backlog. Start playing Oblivion. That'll show that backlog who's boss.:)

Yup, the way blockbuster works is horrible, but what the hell are we going to do about it? I can't go and complain to the DM because of this because he won't be able to do anything. It sucks, especially if we make mistakes. A stupid mistake like scanning a movie instead of doing the online swapping thing will piss off some managers.

It makes no sense why we can't credit things off. It really doesn't. What's worse is that if the store has a lot of credits then the store's yearly budget is going to go way down. Credits and sales numbers are what determine our yearly budget, but if a store has a shitload of credits you can expect it to get a very shitty yearly budget.

What's worse than credits though, is cash refunds. Now those, really screw up a store. That's why most stores always tell you they can't do refunds. Technically, they are supposed to do refunds, but I find my manager lying out of his ass sometimes so he can avoid a refund. It's amazing, really.

I kind of just want someone to go into my store, say I want to buy a PS3 and then leave without paying. If we have to credit off nearly $400, you can expect management to go crazy. Not only do credits affect the store, it affects the employee that is doing the credits. Every time we do a credit, we have to type in our ID Number/Password so all the credits we do are kept track of. So, if you're an employee who either has a lot of shitty customers or screws up a lot at the register you'll pretty much be running returns all the time when you are working.

I drove 15 miles to pick up heavenly sword from a blockbuster a town over. They said had it for sale for 15 dollars on the phone and when i got there the lady was checking me out for a rental. turns out she goofed even though she knew what i was asking for. they gave me a 5 dollar credit, so i picked up prologue, grid 360 and GH3 360 for 45.

one time a manager messed up on my b1g1 free. He scanned them incorrectly causing me to get the lowest games free, for example:
$15 game, $5 game free,
$15 game, $5 game free
instead of
$15 game, $15 game free,
$5 game, $5 game free

I told him to redo it correctly. But he said he couldn't remove it because they were already scanned. I smelled his bluff. I told him that he has to remove it anyways because i'm walkin'. That lying bastard was pissed!

I had a great day, i only had to visit one store, twice. I made a second trip because i didn't that know dmc4 ce was tagged the same as the regular version, so I came back for it :bouncy::bouncy::bouncy:
my girlfriend looked at me like i was crazy when i came home with 12 new games! i told her that i saved a lot of money, and that i wouldnt have time for her anymore. we both lol'd, but i was serious.

lol, asthmatic. I, somehow, failed to mention to my gf that I picked up a few games today and I certainly wasn't going to tell her that I actually used cash. Today was the first time I'd done that since a couple weeks after the B1G1 sale started late last yr (right after I joined CAG).

I know the prices aren't amazing, but I just wanted some $5 games and stupidly bought the Spidey: Friend or Foe, thinking it was Web of Shadows. Doh! Oh well.

A few things to add to the list. All 360.

Bullet Witch - $4.99
Rock Band 1 game only - $9.99
Spiderman: FoF - $9.99

argh I'm still debating if I want to drop $30 on gta4 se. I know I will probably never open the actual game but those extras are so damn tempting!

Good. That manager deserved it. I hate it when my manager or anyone lies out of their asses like that. Sometimes, and very rarely does this happen, you can't go back and take a game off, but most of the time, you can. Even though I hate doing stuff like voiding a movie rental, game rental or whatever because a customer changed their mind, I'll do it. What has to be done shal be done. In the end, it screws over the store and me, but I don't give a shit :).

Buy it, open it up for the collectibles and sell the game for $30 on eBay. After shipping/fees the collectibles would end up costing you about $7.

So. this probably does not go for EVERY blockbuster, but about 6 months ago our District manager told us credits do not matter anymore. BB keeps track of credits for sure, as does any retailer, but voids and exchanges don't matter. Since my store switched to daily rentals, they only care about a thing called *credit daily rental fee*. basically, we take off money that they owe from overdue movies for whatever reason...and even then as long as were not CONSTANTLY taking off fees for everyone we do not have a problem.

Also, the store i work at has pretty much been gutted, but we have a few games left. if anyone lives in north texas, Hebron and Josey in Carrollton might be a good one to check out!

Thank the Gods I found Uncharted. Thats all I wanted as I dont fall into, what someone here called cheap ass Hoarders or something.

I hated Bullet Witch more than any other game I've played on 360.

Can anyone tell me if Universe At War is worth it for 9.99? is the online still active at all?
for those of you interested, DiRT is $4.99.
Is this the ps3 or xbox360 version? Someone else posted that it was $15, so maybe that was the other version...

Havent been to my local BBV in so long, I didnt realize they closed down @.@ Well, theres still the other one downtown, but it has slim pickings since everyone gets a piece of that one >_>

The only copy of Dirt that I saw (pretty sure it was 360) had the clearance tag of $14.99. Very tempted to get it at that price but I already had Grid and too many other games in hand.

This thread brings me back to the good of Gamerush days, where I picked up Pimin 2 for $10. On this run I picked up:

Professor Layton (DS) - $9.99
Ninja Gaiden (DS) - $14.99
God of War CoO (PSP) - $14.99
Assassin's Creed (PS3) - $9.99
Heavenly Sword (PS3) -$9.99
Okami (Wii) -$14.99
Virtua Tennis 3 (360) -$9.99

I was tempted to pick up Bioshock for $19.99 and Deadspace (don't know if this has been mentioned) for $24.99 but I'm going to wait until $20 is the standard price and pick those up for even cheaper on sale. Also saw Soul Calibur LE for $29.99 and Fallout 3 Collecter's Edition (the lunchbox one) for I believe $39.99 (PS3) and $59.99 (360). The PS2s were also reduced to $99.99 but that is for all there bundles as well because the Lego edition PS2 was $99.99.

The two middle-aged ladies that were working the two Gamerushes I went to yesterday were surprisingly helpful and knowledgeable about their gaming. I was impressed. I didn't bring anything up but one kept going on and on about how great God of War is and that she had to keep renting it until she beat it. She was even comparing the different guitars by name (I don't even remember them) of the RB and GH games cuz she picked up GH Aerosmith on sale on the cheap. I love how far gaming has come.

Thanks for all the hard work. Makes me sad that BBV is really hurting right now and I'm not sure if we're going to have a sale like this again.

Out of the games I wanted, Oblivion is the only one that I couldn't find. But I'm very happy with my haul.

I heard USED GTA4 is only 15 bucks. Should I go and get USED GTA4 or GTA4 LE? Its a 15 dollar difference and that 15 bucks can surely get me a new game, but the LE is pretty tempting. If i stick with USED GTA4, what is a good game I should get that i pretty cheap? also, which games have USED forms cheaper than the new? The only one I know is GTA4, but its not USED LE or anything.
